Yes they do. I don't think it fits onto the larger 8 quart though. Maybe I am wrong though. Also I was wondering how it compares to an air fryer, because the air fryer has special channels that allow the air to go in through the sides and up from underneath.

I'm an air fryer fan all the way. I've put literally every vegetable I eat in the air fryer and they roast in 10 minutes instead of the 30-45 in the oven. Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great ruclips.net/user/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!

We have a rice cooker…it's kind of like your insta-pot, but without the steam.
Just throw in the ingredients for a lentil stew or curry and it's ready in around an hour. It also keeps it warm, so you can make it on the morning and then eat it at lunch.

The air fryer gets used more frequently because you don't have to wait for it to do its job like the pressure cooker. Then I slice them into wedges and season and they cook in the Instant Pot in about 15 to 20 minutes total and get super crispy! Plus then I can prepare a bunch at the start of the week and eat them throughout in only 20 minutes. ☺️ Also I agree with you, the Instant Pot wins for me. I agree that the InstantPot is excellent. I never knew you could soak the raw potatoes in cold water and get that change in the resistant starches for a better crisp. Chef AJ always swears by cooking them whole in her InstantPot, then sticking them in the fridge overnight. I’ll have to try your method. I really like when Crystal is in your videos, too. Keep up the great videos, guys! And, thanks for the delicious recipe!✨👏🤩🌸

I think Crystal is just about the most beautiful woman in the world. Her joyful, gracious spirit shines thru her physical beauty.....from one woman to another. Now I'll finish your vid.

Another great advantage of the InstaPot is it does not heat up your kitchen like cooking in a conventional oven. If you live in a warm climate this is a big plus in the summer months! The IP also uses a lot less energy as compared to a larger oven.

We have both and I use the instant pot much more often, especially since I like to cook with dried beans and brown rice. Sometimes I wish I had 2! We just recently got an air fryer/toaster/countertop convection oven combination. We don't air fry THAT often so getting the appliance with multiple features to make it more useful was definitely the way to go (plus our old toaster had just died).

Oh yes I have seen those! I was curious too. It's probably like a convection oven.

I own and love them both, but the Instant Pot makes so much food, so it would have to be my choice. I love making beans, potatoes, and chilli in mine. I wish I would have ordered the air fryer that has multiple racks so we cook more at one time. Love this video and when you guys do videos together. 🤗

Bake your potato first then cut into wedges, season and air fry on full power approx. 10 minutes. Crispy and delicious.

I like my InstantPot/AirFryer Combo! Yes, a great thing! I have two more regular InstantPots also! I use the stovetop for tortillas and oatmeal...and hardly ever use the oven now.

I just recently got an air fryer and it is a Vortex 10 quart made by the Instant Pot people. It has a rotating basket that slowly spins my potatoes so that they're evenly cooked. I got it really cheap from Amazon as a 'Used -- acceptable" item for $83.30 and it was perfect except for the box it came in.
So last week I went looking for a real instant pot but ended up getting a real stovetop pressure cooker instead! I'm glad I did because I really don't have any counter space left for another appliance. It is a 5.5 liter Prestige Svachh and sells for $77.99 but I played the "Used -- Acceptable" game again and it arrived in perfect condition except for the box and I only paid $34.65. It is heavy stainless steel. I've already made beans and brown rice. I can do anything an Instant Pot can do with it.

@@zachcolgrove5660 There's a link that says, "New & Used from" and then it gives a price, "+ FREE Shipping." You'll see it if you look hard enough.
