      I agree....the host is creating a calm atmosphere for the presenter. No unnecessary interruptions or loud talking! It’s also obvious that the host and presenter both share a warm friendship and that is lovely to see!

      Madam it will come nice and round if u pour the batter in the middle of the tava and rotate it so that it will spread evenly.

    Neer dosai must come fully in the tawa in a lightest spreading method. And also we have to put and spread little ghee in the tawa for perfection.

    If you have a non-stick pan, you can tilt & swirl the pan while pouring the batter, it will spread evenly & cover with lid for a min.

    Awesome Karnataka recepi my favorite. Less calorie food. This should eat with coconut poo and jagary. Or chutney will be good. Coconut Oil will be good for this. Love you Amma.
    Neer means water. So watery dosa is called neer dosa
