Can you riffle shuffle more than once? Or does that mess up the order of the cards you have memorized?

Very clever trick! I personally wouldnt trust a spectator to shuffle a stack deck. Instead maybe stack 2 decks the same give them the choice and I do the riffle and cut....convincing enough I would think....Just me personally

I didn't guess your method, but I would point out the identical effect could be achieved by simply using marked cards and only reading out the spades.
