Team Lab is the BEST! We were planning to just stay for 1 hour and ended up 4 hours LOL Dang that poop museum looks sick hahaha - especially catching poop with your hand😂 Andy must've been so happy with that Gundam, happier than kids 😆 IQ of 2?! Kick Andy out & sleep in the garden 😉
Haha same here. We were thinking 2 hours would be plenty but nooooo way. Kept coming across more awesome exhibits. Haha! Andy's all smiles and friendly on the outside.. but inside.. effing SAVAGE!
Thanks, guys! Haha funny cos I was actually in the control room controlling the lady robot's actions. I was trying to get her to make an angry face. Wasn't working.
WOOHOO!! Just seen you've cleared 3k!! thats epic!! well done you guys!! Feel like you deserve a few 000's on that - You tube will totally recognise that soon!! keep going strong guys!!
That's so awesome!! Happy we can help because Japan is one of our favourite places to visit!! I'm sure you and your cousin will have the best time ever!
This is a great guide of the Odaiba neighborhood of Tokyo. There is sooo much to do there! I’m still obsessed with the first stop. It kind of reminds me of Yayoi Kusama’s infinity mirrors exhibit in some rooms. I also like that there is a free shuttle to get around the area. Great video!
woah!!! love your shots of teamlab!! think your boys were the perfect age for it, our little one went from lovin to melt down and back with every new room! the robot lady in the science museum is super cool and 'golden tooth pick or something kinky' 😂😂💛 best line ever!!! you guys crack me up so much!!
You bought our memories of Japan back, but we missed most of the places due to time constraints, wish we would have visited national museum of science and emerging innovation. It looks so so cool..
In the introduction, I thought you went to a night club with your kids xD but OMG ! This is so cool ! This is an usual trip ! It is always difficult to choose a destination when you have kids so thank you for sharing this video ! The teamlab is my favorite one
Wonderful to hear! Japan is a great country to visit with kids. It really depends on budget and age of your child. I would recommend something light and not bulky in width. Sometimes in Japan there are a lot of people when you visit attractions or even in popular areas eg. Shibuya or Harajuku where a slim, mobile pram is good for. Also consider bringing a baby / child carrier. That would help a lot when you go to places with a lot of stairs eg temples, or busier attractions. Most important, don't travel on public on transport during peak hour. Can get super hectic lol Have a look at our how family friendly is Japan video below for more info you might find helpful: ruclips.net/video/_m2mhvD1q4g/видео.html Hope you have a fantastic time there! We love it so I'm sure you will 😂😂😂
Oh, for sure. Japan is different to everywhere haha. But, I'd love to visit NZ.. I've heard and seen many things about its beauty. Thanks for watching!
We never went beyond 5000 and always kept f stop low as possible at 2.8. Them flickers are still annoying though. Most of TeamLab was filmed at 50 shutter speed and still so much flickering.
Ohh, Hold on! 7:57 Did the Robart actually answer back When you said "I am angry right now? The SOund was not clear. But I really found this place definitely to go with a kid. I am sure my boy wouldn't stop touching too. And probably too many questions.
Haha I was actually controlling the movements of the robot and the sound coming from it was my voice. So another person can sit down in front of the robot and have a conversation with, well, me.
Looks like a great place and I was wondering why we hadn't been there. Friends in Tokyo even recommended the Toyota thing the last time we were there. Then you were in I think the outlet shopping centre and I remembered we'd been there about 5 years ago. We went to go to the Ferris wheel but it was shut down. We wandered the shopping centre and left. We had no idea that the rest of this stuff was there. You're about 5 years too late for us 🤣
Haha dammit.. I wish I was on RUclips 5 years ago! But, then again, I wouldn't have been making family-friendly guides back then. You know what that means, right? A trip back to Japan. I don't even think all of these attractions were around 5 years ago, so I don't think you missed out on too much.
@@HangryByNature We were only in Tokyo 6 months ago and now, bugger it, I wanna go back again. We spent the least amount of time in Tokyo we've ever done last time and didn't have much time to do anything but go out for sushi :) But it will be a while before we go back now. The 6 year old asks every single damn day when are we going back to Japan. What is the Japanese word for broke? :) I have a terabyte or two of footage that I need to get around to editing though. That might help LOL :)
@@ShaneNixonFamily Haha it's the gachapon, isn't it? Our kids are still asking for gachapon every damn day. Oh man, please upload all that footage. I need my Japan fix! Been watching Lost in Translation and Last Samurai on repeat and crying myself to sleep every night. Them Japan withdrawals are real.
@@HangryByNature When we ask why he says Toys and Tac. Gachapon and Tac (Tuk?) a young guy who ran a guest house we stayed in on Shokoku. We were the only guests so we had the place to ourselves so Tac, in his early 20s, kept the kids entertained - mostly playing Nintendo :) :) Brandy love Tac
You know what's crazy there is a madame tussauds everywhere in the world now 😅 how. Whhhaaaaaaaaaat a kinky butt plug 😂😂 Andy you gotta get your mind outta the gutter for the kids guides hahahaha. Good to know there is a free shuttle this guide is super useful cause we are going Japan next year too.
Andy's mind is always in the gutter. Let's just stick with golden toothpick. Haha yeah we've been to 2 or 3 Madame Tussaud's and that's kindaaaa enough. We're thinking of heading back for, like, 3 months next year haha. Maybe we'll see you guys there!

Woah, that shuriken animation was so cool!
Odaiba seems like a great place for kids
wow that lady robot is amazing! yeahh golden toothpick! thought so too LOL ^^ great share as always guys...
Thanks, guys! Haha funny cos I was actually in the control room controlling the lady robot's actions. I was trying to get her to make an angry face. Wasn't working.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Haha let's work together on getting those additional 000s!
all of the info on japan from your channel and kimdao helped me plan my whole trip once i'm old enough to go by myself with my cousin :D
That's so awesome!! Happy we can help because Japan is one of our favourite places to visit!! I'm sure you and your cousin will have the best time ever!

Ooh I've never heard of the Infinity Mirrors exhibit. But yes, it's basically a digital science/art museum and super epic!

Oh, we just included the shots where they were on their best behaviour. They were wayyyy too wild in there for Japanese discipline standards.
Odaiba is on my list for Tokyo. Looks amazing!
So much to do there! Need like 2 - 3 days to see everything lol
Good timing! We are heading to Tokyo in Feb, will check out some of these places. That poop museum looks fun.
Oh, so jelly! Hope you guys have an absolutely amazing time. Poop museum was one of our highlights haha.

Were heading to japan next month, what travel pram would you recommend? First time travelling overseas with kids. thanks!

Is asimo still at the maraikan science museum ?
love to come to this place with my family - it would be such a different experience for them, Japan s very different to New Zealand

hi.. is Hibiki at odaiba (aqua city mall )closed down?
Odaiba was definitely one of our favorite spots in Tokyo! Unfortunately the team lab tickets were sold out when we visited :(
Oh no! That sucks. I didn't know they could sell out. We booked ours online a few days in advance so phew! We could've been in the same position.
What iso was andy running in team lab, dont tell me auto 🤨! If auto what range

Can you advise the best beaches for kids (soft sand) / hotels with pools in Okinawa?
sorry never been to Okinawa but want to the next time we visit Japan.
The tamron did well on low light, was so bad for my f4
Was it? I thought your low light videos when you were doing food at night looked really good!

But can Asimo floss?
andy - I think with some tricky editing I could get him to do a robot floss 😂
