I had immediate relief of stress and pain with these motions. Thank you so much. I also appreciate the fact that it is simply the movement, no music or unnecessary things.

Would this be a good stretching routine first thing in the morning? Or is it better warm up and be active before doing this?

I believe it's part of Functional Range Conditioning / FRC. You can Google it to get more info

is this most effective before or after a workout or both? As a general rule, what is the optimum number of repetitions for each movement? For those who needs help with their posterior chain, are any of these moves particularly beneficial for that? Thanks so much

Jonas Cohen high intensity CARs after a workout, low before. 3-5 reps. And not really.

I'm trying to isolate fingers in a similar fashion to aid my piano practice. I'm encountering a similar challenge like the one with toes at 7:00. Would you say that using the other hand to isolate problematic fingers by producing motion with the untrained hand (and keeping the trained finger relaxed) would be an effective practice? My theory is that it would help form initial neural/muscle coordination patterns, but I'm not sure if that would work in practice.
