@@B1PLR i found that it depends on where you are, for me the cops do not care one bit. I mostly ride on dirt trails but when I ride in the city I usually ride on bike paths/ bike lanes and people are usually frendly if you are not being a dickhead
@@milesneff8886 yea i live in a somewhat rural area of Pennsylvania and there are no bike lanes so im pretty sure the laws here are if it doesn’t have working pedals its not considered a bike and you gotta have a plate and all that but maybe i can find a model or something that makes it where i can put pedals on 😂
