- An officer can be seen placing his knee on Frank E. Tyson's upper body for roughly 30 seconds. More than five minutes passed before police checked Tyson for a pulse.

The worst part about it is how the officers just stood there socializing with people while the dude was dying. Had they did their job and make sure the guy was okay or get him medical attention right after they handcuffed him, then I would say the officers arent at fault. Hopefully they make an example out of these officers.

Once they got those cuffs on him & got control of the situation they kept him in the prone position for six minutes and then the one officer start joking around and said he always wanted to be in a bar fight. Imagine being one of Frank’s loved ones hearing that after they murdered him! We all know what’s going to happen they’ll claim that any medication’s he was on killed him, or they’ll get away with it by using qualified immunity and acting like they didn’t know he should be turned on his side after being cuffed. I am so sick of this! I believe most black men fight back because they are terrified that these cops are going to kill them and that’s exactly what they did they murdered this poor man.😢

He was drinking and driving wrecked into a telephone pole left the scene went into a bar where he obviously was causing a seen as everyone in there was already away from him and directing the police towards him. And then the dumbass fights the cops. And the cop did not even have his knee on the guy's neck he had it and you can tell lightly on his back. People nowadays are just reaching so far.

These murders left Frank in a prone position for 6 minutes faced down with their knee on his back and neck and the one officer made a joke that he always wanted to be in a bar fight. Frank told them over and over he could not breath!!!!!!!! And they still refuse to turn Frank n his side! WTF!!!!!!!! Then they did not check on Frank for over 5 minutes + another 3 mins BEFORE acting like the giving him CPR. GTFOH!
He couldn’t breathe. They had him down when they were saying it, but they changed the body cam. That’s exactly what they did listen to his voice. It doesn’t match up they murdered that man.

@@ivorm9281 What the hell kind of comparison is that? The guy was clearly drunk or on drugs not drowning. He Resisted arrest and got detained. Knee was no where near this man’s neck or esophagus. If one can talk then air is flowing. That’s why MMA fighters tap out when they are getting choked out vs using verbal cues. Officers could have checked on him earlier for sure but in many jurisdictions that is not in their job description. We have paramedics for that. At least they tried recitation measures.
Imagine standing over an unmoving person without any concern for why they are entirely unresponsive when the individual was MOMENTS before very alive and active. They are ALL responsible for his death.
I can’t imagine it. On other videos people are saying he was tweaked out, just a felon, on so,etching etc. whatever the reason he is obviously having a mental crisis, a head injury from the accident he had prior to going into the bar? The officers walked in and immediately laid hands on him. He was guilty the moment they saw him. Frank didn’t have a chance.
