Joe is one of the best singers in Rock. I follow him since rainbow and all th great work he had done since. Also early on reading his interviews I knew he is exeptionally a really down to earth man.
I grew up listening to all of Joe's works in the 80s, and had no idea he didn't have hair. Wasn't as obvious as Kevin Dobrow from Quiet Riot back then, who went from thinning hair to all of a sudden having a huge maim of hair when QR3 album came out. But back then, losing hair was tougher for guys, nowadays seeing someone with a shaved head isn't a big deal. At least a few things are better today. lol
Hair or not u are always JLT. I never knew the hair was a wig in the younger years. Great wig. U look great both ways. I prefer the wig but u look good bald too. Bald suits older guys
Joe, you are a decent human being as well. Ive seen many interviews, and you seem like a stand up guy. Love the truth and honesty. We don't see that much in today's world. I agree with your stances on certain things that we can't seem to talk about these days or we get cancelled. Kudos!!
Agreed. Dude’s voice is still golden. He hasn’t lost a step and looks better than ever. I’d hate to see him suffer the fate of cancellation as did Colin Kaepernick, Bud Lite, or even the Dixie Chicks all those years ago. Voicing an opinion can be a dangerous thing these days.
Joe you got a great damn attitude. Love ya. You look awesome, as always. You are a great musician and entertainer still. My Army son LOVES your music as do I. Hes stationed back in the states now and is a huge fan. Keep it up! WWG1WGA
I inherited baldness from my dad,my two brothers didn't. At first when I was younger it bothered me,but I decided when it got too far along I would shave it all off. I wrestled with hair transplants but thought no, I'm not doing that. Finally at fifty three -I was lucky it lasted that long and still looked alright until it didn't-I cut it all off. It was like I was released from prison. No more worrying about it getting wet or wind blowing too hard etc. I'm lucky because it looks good on me and nice looking women much younger than me still flirt with me. I've noticed guys that wear hairpieces, caps, and wigs, it becomes a prison of sorts for them. I don't think twice about it,I'm free. Joe looks good with it. I guess there's that image thing when you're someone that performs on stage. A lot of those guys-and women wear wigs.
Good for you Joe just saw this. I’m sure this has been out for quite a while. I’m friends with Chris Cardilo. Not sure if you remember who he is but he brought me to one of your shows at the chance in Poughkeepsie, New York. Anyway, having settle you was spot on and it seems like the confidence you have now supersedes the past! I hope that makes sense and I hope it came out as a complement that I’m trying to give you . All the best wishes
Hair loss is tough for most guys, and I think it’s probably especially hard for celebrities, unless you’re Robert Duvall or Bruce Willis, guys whose looks were defined early on. There is nothing wrong with doing things to make yourself look cosmetically better (teeth, hairdos, tummy tuck, etc). We all want to look good. So, I wouldn’t automatically judge someone for getting something done or taking some steps to improve appearance. When does it cross a line? Without defining it exactly, most of know there is a line.
Not the same, but I went grey really early. I used to wear a beanie/hat, etc all the time so it would hide my hair and I refused to take it off in front of anyone. I knew the same questions would be asked…”wow!”…”how did that happen??”, etc. this went on for years with the hat and avoiding any scenarios that would force me to remove it. Even going to the haircut was something I tried to avoid because of everyone seeing it. One day an older guy i looked up to, he bluntly asked me why do I wear the hat. It’s hot outside, I should take it off. I tried to dance around it and he knew it and why. He then lightly joked about his own hair and then told me that chicks think the grey/silver hair is sexy! I thought about it for a minute and I sure did love the slightly older women (which of age man doesn’t lol)….i slowly took the hat off and just stood there. A nearby woman that heard him say that to me…she came over and gave me a compliment, told me it’s sexy, and a slight wink. It was a huge boost to me and that it was okay to have a head of silver hair when all the other guys don’t. From that day on, I quit hiding and I decided to be natural about it. No more of the hat, no more pretending. The crazy thing is later down the road, having dyed silver hair was the cool style. I’d actually get younger people coming up to me asking how I dyed my hair so perfectly and they wanted to know my secret LOL….my point is is if there’s other younger men reading my message and you’re dealing with early graying, don’t hide yourself away. It’s only you that thinks it’s an issue and women, especially those sultry mature women, find it very sexy and attractive! 👍
those photos of a bald Gene and Paul are fake> Besides, why pick on Kiss when he could have singled out one of his ex-bands. Deep Purple. With Paice, Blackmore and Lord all supporters of Irish Jigs
I think he looks MUCH better now. Way cooler too.
Bald or wig, who cares! He’s awesome no matter what! 🤟🏻

Excellent singer. I enjoy his music.

Joe Lynn "Mother-F***ing" Turner can do whatever he wants!
Joe, you influenced my singing. Like I wrote to another top tier vocalist, anytime you might decide to teach voice, I'd be honored.
I like his bald head and the fact he still sounds like Joe Lyn.
Great contrast.

Being able to pull it off requires a nice shaped head. He definitely has a nice dome. Good on him for going with the 'real him'.
Ok Ritchie, you're next.

👍🏽
I think I'd s**t my pants if Ritchie ever took the stage bald.
Lol
Hilarious 🤣

There is no such thing as “My Truth”. There is only “The Truth”! Truth is universal, not localized.

Pelado botón.
Now it's women's turn to ditch makeup. I stopped wearing it 20 years ago. Only lipstick. Nothing on face or eyes
