Ask the repair company what sprayer they recommend. Then if you decide to purchase one, check your pawn shops. Especially around holidays. You can often find sprayers less than a year old at deep discounts.
If she made a channel for restoring and painting and whatever furniture i'd watch the heck out of it! I already watch a few channels like that! It's my jam!

Overall, looks good. I personally think the gallery wall should have been placed higher so you reduce the potential of knocking into the frames when using the table and also so that the flower arrangement wouldn't cover them.
The solution to rain collapsing ez-up tents is some cord and tarp clips. Tie a length of cord to a tarp clip, clamp it to the side of the cover then pull tight and tie to a leg or ground stake or weight. Use at least two clips per side. With the cover pulled tight so there's no sag, rain will run off instead of pushing the cover down so water accumulates and pushes the cover down more.
Great transformation. I would have loved if you would have done something to make the island stand out however. I know you were likely on a budget and really needed to stay within that. The table is BEAUTIFUL!!

It looks good, as all your projects do. You do such amazing make overs and your eye for design is so impressive. Question: Will you be doing their nursey? I'm surprise it wasn't part of this series. Suggestion: Will you guys, please buy a trailer, don't understand why you don't have one. Sure would eliminate a lot of work; you wouldn't have to remove the seats in the van every time you want need to haul something. An enclosed trailer, you'd be able to keep many of the tool and equipment you use, organized on shelves down both sides of the trailer and the middle section free to haul materials, cabinets, etc. Would always be loaded and ready to go. You could do a few videos on building it out, organizing it, etc.
