la solución esta en la BIOS, puede que sea que tienen mal configurado la velocidad de su vram o de la memoria RAM, o quizás las frecuencia de su procesador, pues mi caso fue que tenia limitado la vram de mi tarjeta grafica a 2000mhz, solo lo puse en frecuencia en modo automático y se soluciono a si fue que solucione el problema
