  • The beauty of the natural world is nothing strange to Pennsylvania. But when it comes to urban areas like Philadelphia, how is that some places were spared from the development of society? In Wissahickon Valley, there exists a rich history of development, and preservation. Learn how the valley went from a place of Industry to a beloved Park in this episode of Keystone Curiosity.

That was very interesting altogether, but I was fascinated about Wissahickon Drive being designated by law to be unpaved. This is a beautiful looking place! Thanks for sharing!

I was amazed to find out the history of the protest and the road being permenantly car-free, even more amazed to see its still celebrated! Great place to check out for your channel my friend. Waaay more trails here than I expected.
