I have been listening to this song for a while. It just never grows stale. The song is on repeat and weirdly enough, given the a bit hopeless lyrics, it calms you down instead of making you depressed. Most probably because this song is about acknowledging your helplessness and coming to terms with it. And instead of giving up you just go on treading on the path that you have chosen. Things are not playing out well. You know that. Perhaps it won't be either. But there's peace in acknowledging that. It's not defeat. You have time till your last breathe. It's like dancing to the rhythm of all the 'not going quite the way I expected' and laughing off...like I couldn't care less. It's like you are floating on a raft amidst a stormy ocean. And you are at peace... As if watching the storm from the sidelines even when you are actually in the midst of it.
