In total agreement with your comment There is no evidence of actual testing and performance capability - Neither was it mentioned whether a macro lens is available - nor any testing done on Electronic PCBs. Simply because such a device is claimed to be suitable for use on machinery and HVAC does in no way mean it is useful for examining Electronic devices and circuit boards. Thus I give this review 4 out of 10 as this is more of an advertorial than a review of performance and actual capabilitiy
