If I may. Let me pass along a little tip I learned from my Italian grandmother. After you pour the canned tomatoes into the pan add the water into the tomato cans, swish the water around in the can then pour into the pan. It will clean the can and add more tomato flavor to your meal..
Good Sunday morning Catherine. It warms my heart that you take the time to visit the sites where my ancestors lived and that you take the time to learn about these amazing dwellings and people, for that I thank you! Also, great pics of the first sunset at camp! I love pics of clouds. I even have books on clouds. As always, love you and be safe 💖🙏.
Enjoyed the vid. I turned my mother, who is totally against people sitting looking at their phones, onto your vids and she enjoys them. That coming from her is worth many thumbs up 👍
Yay Kat. That supplement is a super move in the right direction. I wish I could adopt you and teach you the shocking things I've learned about our food supply and how to protect ourselves. There are many more steps. AG1 looks like a good one. Keep advancing darlin'. Your vids are a gift I won't forget.
I love that you are still in our beautiful state. Cottonwood has a wonderful park called Dead Horse Ranch State Park which has three lakes/ponds with amazing variety of birds.
I visited cottonwood as a home base to explore that area. I loved tuzigoot and Montezumas castle. It was so cool at tuzigoot to be able to step where the people who once lived there stepped, inside the actual rooms. Snd up to the roof. Montezumas castle was pretty amazing. I really wish I could have climbed around in there. What an amazing site
These ruins reminded me so much of Mesa Verde. The care they took building these dwellings was amazing and have stood the test of time. Thank you for the respect you show toward these indigenous people. Love this video!!
Enjoyed learning about the historic ruins. Quite amazing that they were able to build their cliffside dwelling on five levels accessed only by ladders, and also how the Tazagoot dwellings were accessed through their roofs. Your spinach pasta looked yummy and I wish we had smell-o-vision. Happy Trails! Jenny
I love thar drive up 87. I have done it many times. The little town of payson, pine and strawberry. I love the verde valley area. One of my favorite places. That pasta dish looks yummy. Take care and stay warm and safe. Enjoy 👍
I love the camp Verde and Cottonwood Arizona area I spent quite a bit of time there in the winter of 2017 which is the first year I went full-time. So many things to see so much history. Enjoy your travels thank you for sharing. 👍🏻❤️
The BEST in the summer especially! I have lived in the Phoenix area 25 years and always love seeing the summer sunsets, which are usually pink, purple, peach, orange and sometimes crimson red!
Good Day Ms. Gregory. i have finally realized why i love the views in side your home. that's pretty much what it will look like when i can do what your doing. Fancy, adding a cooking segment to your fantastic adventures. I absolutely love Arizona, from Yuma, to Flagstaff. beautiful isolated in the desert. there are so many hidden towns, homes, mines, and spectacular sights. well anyway, that dinner looked fantastic. definitely making that here at home. until next week, God Bless, be safe.
Another wonderful video! I camped at the Cottonwood State Park in October, the whole Verde Valley is such a magical place. If you get a chance, go to Montezuma's Well before you leave the area, it is often overlooked when people visit Montezuma's Castle. I love visiting the ruins of the Native American People, I always have a peaceful feeling when I visit these places but there was something extremely peaceful that touched my soul at both the castle and the Well. I spent the 3 weeks following Christmas in Arizona, came home to take care of a couple of things and am headed back this week, I'll keep an eye out for your camper, I'd love to run into you. I'm so glad you are able to enjoy the warmth of the Arizona Sun this time of year. I look forward to seeing where else you visit on this trip. Lost Dutchman is one of my favorite places, I enjoyed that video as well. Safe travels!
Thanks again for talking us with you. Loved the ruins driven by them but never stopped wish now we had. Your cooking always makes me hungry. The scenery is beautiful.
I stayed in a state campground in the Mogollon Rim, it is in the Tanto National forest. It is probably not open during winter but it was beautiful full of trees and great views down into the valley.
My late wife and I were in the Verde Valley area in May of '16. It's such a beautiful area with lots of history. This weeks vid brought back those precious memories of our time there.
What great timing this morning Cat !! My coffee just had gotten done and I opened this spot to check for your latest video and wow had been up only 6 minutes and I was ready !!! The ruins are beautiful makes you wonder why we can't build homes that last that long anymore. The meal you made I have everything here BUT the turkey sausage bummer. Sure looks great. Great to see you so happy this morning we all need that in this day and time and you take us to a happy place every week. Take care and thanks for sharing these beautiful places. Till next time Happy Trails To You !!!
I'm so happy! Just spent an hour shoveling 5 inches of light powder snow. Nothing better than to come in for a hot cup of milk tea and a video by my favorite youtuber! haven't even watched yet...
I've been to Montezuma's castle (long ago) ....rang that bell right off. Haven't been to tagaroot (SPL) or ancient ruins (drove by)(too busy trying to see everything on a weekend jaunt and testing my driving endurance). I love the pasta coma comments (add a glass of vino, I'm there). Keep the grand scenery coming and stay safe and well.
We love visiting the ruins. We’ve seen Montezuma but haven’t made it to Tuzigoot yet. My favorite was Mesa Verde. I can’t wait to go back. Dinner looked👌
Hi again from Sacramento. After California, Arizona is my favorite state. There are so, so many ruins I have visited. To get to some of them, its a 10 hour back and forth horse ride to get to them. It a 16 hour day but so, so worth it. For me these places are spiritual and magical.
I have always enjoyed your videos because of the incredible photography and music, now you have added a history lesson which is great. I too say a little prayer of thanks when I am on Native peoples land, you can really feel the spirits and paying respect is appropriate. Can't wait for your next adventure.
Toosigoot! Ha ha now I’m going to always say that I’m sure. Some amazing places to visit this time. Thanks again Catherine. Oh, and that breakfast sandwich looked delicious. BACON!!!
Catherine We were in Quartzite AZ this Jan quite the place . After watching your video you showed me more places to go see next winter. Thanks for the trip.
Thank you Cat for this visit in a part of Arizona. I am staying in AZ and plan on visiting the many wonderful places this beautiful state has to offer. I am definitely putting these places on my list. I also love that your share your meals with us. I am always looking for inspiration and recipes to cook in my rig. Thanks again! Happy travels.
I live in Phoenix and have been all over AZ the past 25 years. Sedona is an absolute must see, in addition to the Grand Canyon of course. Sedona's "red rock" formations are much easier to hike to than the Grand Canyon area. Depends on how adventurous you are. There are backcountry trails in both Sedona and Grand Canyon. I like the trails that surround Sedona near Cathedral Rock where Oak Creek runs by. It is gorgeous there any season, but especially in Autumn. Plus there are lots of interesting shops in Sedona and delicious food at various restaurants.
Dear Cat 🥳👍🍀😘 what a nice historic place! we like that very much. 🙏Your Pasta diner was delicious 🤤 hmm… So we hope you a have good week in your cosy home on wheels 🙂 many greetings, Your Berlin fan Couple, Nicole and Hardy 😘🍀
AZ Highway 87 was one of my favorite motorcycle rides (motocamping) along with Highway 89. My gosh, I use to love saying Tuzigoot as well. I even composed a limerick which I would sing as I rode my motorcycle and it seemed to make the miles fly by. Your breakfast and dinner meals 😋 looked delicious. Bacon and egg sandwiches on toasted multi-grain bread are the bomb; have to try them with spinach and cheese. I often make bow tie pasta with stir fried chicken, green onions and baby spinach topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. Bok Choi is another vegetable I love making with Ramen noodles with a couple of tablesoons of kimchi added. Simple meals like these are easy to prepare when camping in a vehicle. Great photography as usual...makes watching your videos with a great cup of coffee on Sunday morning a veritable treat. Thanks, Catherine!
Thanks for showing us Montezuma Castle. I went there with my friends back in the 90's when I was in college in AZ, this brings back a lot of good memories. I have subscribed to your channel a few months ago, love your videos and your adventures. The pictures are just beautiful and the music is very relaxing, I enjoy watching them a lot. Keep up the good work and have fun traveling, I look forward to your upcoming videos. Cheers!
As usual you have supplied a beautiful video of some historic sites. You have a good eye for capturing nature and the land. Wonderful to watch the sites you see on your travels. Thanks again for sharing your journey.
Good morning Cat... We're al;most nalmy here today. We've warmed-up to... Freezing! Not the coldest place I've ever been. LOL! The Coconino NF is one of my favoriye places to "lose myself" from the world in. Many breattaking trails. While in that area, I hope you have the time to take in Chaco Canypn and Canyon de Chely. Very strong suggestions. I don't think you'll be disappointed! Basha's is one of my regular stops in that part of the country. Once again, more great videography. I like the way you're captioning the highways you're on and highlighting the stops. Much appreciated by us roadtrippers! I have to confess that I stopped at the hot food bar at a nearby supermarket on my way to church and re-heated it after worship. Too cold to self-motivate for cooking. May Almighty God contine to Bless, Guard, Protect, and Guide you onto more great adventures!
Very interesting. You make a great case for visiting Arizona in the winter. There's so much history. Thanks again for taking us along. We may check out that green stuff you were drinking if I can get past the color. I need something to build up my immune system after almost checking out after my trash bin lid incident. LOL
You are not too far, I am in Phoenix, come and have a beer (or whatever you like!) at one of our local watering holes and tell tales of your adventures! Montezuma is one of my favorites, so many gems in Arizona!
You have good and positive videos. I love traveling by car. We don't have a motorhome. We travel with tents on vacation. Now I'm sick with covitis. I watch your videos with interest. Thank you. I am always interested in colorful and beautiful places of another country. We have a snowstorm outside the window, winter and large snowdrifts. Therefore, it is especially pleasant to watch your videos.
Thanks! I love that area so much. Huge Sycamore trees along the rivers and creeks are special for me. Outside of Clarksdale, the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness hike is very cool.
Thanks again for a thoughtful and beautiful video...I'm in Az for the winter then onto Missouri ozarks for spring...following the good weather...maybe see u down the road...
Everything looks sooooo beautiful, enjoyed your video. Winter is a great time to showcase the desert. Didn't realize how much I missed it. Your cooking is great, tasty and healthy. Awesome Job !

Yum!
I often marvel and how much footage you get without showing any other human beings. Remarkable, Cat!
it is just like being there and enjoy your respect of the ancient civilizations who left surprising ruins that enhance visiting and exploration.

Dear Catherine, Thanks for bringing us along on your amazing journey. You are an inspiration!
Love all the historic ruins & places you visit. Everyone should appreciate our great past. Great job!! 👍🏻🙋🏼♀️
👀😁✌🏻
Gotta love the Venetian blind shadows in your first scene...a lighting technique used often in Hollywood movies throughout the 1940s!
Enjoyed the vid. I turned my mother, who is totally against people sitting looking at their phones, onto your vids and she enjoys them. That coming from her is worth many thumbs up 👍
Thank you so much! Please tell her thank you!
Thank you for another lovely visit!
😎💖💖💖💖

I was amazed when we went to Arizona so beautiful
I love the way you set up your videos. Your videography and background music are professional and content is entertaining. Thank you for sharing.
Our stare has so much to offer! I highly recommend Walnut Canyon! You can walk adjacent to the ruins. Just amazing! Waputki Ruins also!
These ruins reminded me so much of Mesa Verde. The care they took building these dwellings was amazing and have stood the test of time. Thank you for the respect you show toward these indigenous people. Love this video!!

Glad your enjoying our state BE SAFE
Boil your pasta in water first, drain than add to sauce, cooking will go faster. Beautiful scenery!!
Loved "it was an excuse to say Tuzigut one more time" 😄😄
😂😂😂
Thanks again for talking us with you. Loved the ruins driven by them but never stopped wish now we had. Your cooking always makes me hungry. The scenery is beautiful.

Yes, … Arizona what a beautiful state.
Yummy dinner!
Thanks again Cat
You are not too far, I am in Phoenix, come and have a beer (or whatever you like!) at one of our local watering holes and tell tales of your adventures! Montezuma is one of my favorites, so many gems in Arizona!
Perhaps the town you speak of is Jerome? If not, you should check out this lovely, artistic, bohemian town.
Thank you for bringing us with ,big hugs from MN

So glad you enjoyed it Ken! Thank you!
Looks very peaceful perfect time to go.
Everything looks sooooo beautiful, enjoyed your video. Winter is a great time to showcase the desert. Didn't realize how much I missed it. Your cooking is great, tasty and healthy. Awesome Job !
Good for u, finally getting support :)
Catherine I have been following your adventures for a while, but just now subscribed. I also have a Lance truck camper that I travel in. Mine is a little larger than yours, and it and my truck are about the same age as yours. I really enjoy the vidoes of the places you visit. I have been to many of the same areas as you, but sadly I somehow missed some of the more scenic spots. I was impressed with your enchilada recipe, and made it last night. Like yours, it was delicious. I have to admit that I am a little envious of your photographic skills, and the beautiful and interesting places you find. I somehow miss a lot of the more interesting places along the way.
I have spent quite a lot of time in and around the Cottonwood area, and enjoyed every moment of it. There is so much to see and do in that area.
Thanks for the videos, and the food tips. D.
Another excellent production! 👍 Thanks! 🤟
Beautiful area for sure.
You visited some very beautiful & interesting areas. Your pasta dish looked delicious. Yummy! Have a wonderful week. :)
Wa La! Another great video and meal!
Love your content and thoughtful details.
