Well it looks as if a Battalion size Task Force is either deploying for training a Fort Ripley, or they are deploying back from Deployment to Ripley as part of their return to the States. As for the paint schemes, it not to uncommon to find a mix of desert tan, and general Green Camo, since many units didn't take all of their equipment, or picked up replacement along the way.
Abbott Shaull a few of these were new, a couple of the Oshkosh defense 8x8's had their new armor which hasn't been deployed until recently. Also been a lot of sightings of these transports moving the dark green drab units with latest armor standards that are going to Germany and Poland with all the Russian pestering and testing going on. Were running a LOT of excersizes right on the Western border . Their testing GPS scrambling tech on our excersize soldiers and it's working on the Oshkosh LAV's APC's, and some handheld equipment. A lot more tense then people are aware, the amount of surplus in Germany and Poland is concerning. This train video didn't have them but the train fire video had Oshkoshs new Hummer replacement with the highest rate armor package that's jsut been in iraq and Afghanistan until the German deployment of equipment. That trains equipment was definitely going overseas. The Department of Defense won't spend that type of money putting IED top tier armored Oshkosh Defense Vehicles in training, they've been moving too armored equipment overseas for our troops and bringing lightly armored or under armored vehicles back for training and reserve surplus. Yes there's new top equipment here but nearly no top tier armored vehicles as there's no threat of IED's on this continent and a lot of pressure to get the armored hulls out to our conflict troops in the middle east. Just my .02 BEEN following these sighting of what some assume typical equipment . 12:38, is a new tracked vehicle , well new aspects I've never seen on any of the recently used equipment, these ones are definitely updates.
Some new tracked vehicles I haven't seen before, that half round gunless one looks interesting, the others too and the portable drone cubes, new Oshkosh 8x8's too. Cool

A lot of trains on RUclips appear to be disposal of decommissioned trains but this one looks organised for deployment, but the paint schemes seem a bit too mixed, is it a logistics training mission?

Minnesota would never put their own equipment on a damn train to go anywhere in the same state. But. From a very sell informed person and being in the military, and being at camp rippley many times my self and being 3rd generation in the army nation gaurd, do u guys not notice that's all brand new equipment, notice its not labeled normally like 194th fa or so on, the u.n. is coming.... Wake up. Jade helm should have started to wake y'all up, but guess not
You don't advertise units like that. From what what few markings I could make out, they are indeed Minnesota National Guard. As for lot of the stuff looking new, well lot of the toys sent over to sandbox, were kept there. Some of it turned over to the locals due to it generation or two old.
What was the Horn on 2559 You would definitely be Very A Ware. There was a train crossing Can Anyone Tell me What kind of Horn’s where on that Engine . Thank You. And Good And Safe Train Chaseing inwhat’s Left of 2017 and Beyond
I will say it's disconcerning how many of these military transports are transporting new updated equipment in the dark camouflage /green drap, that's the chosen /designated scheme for Europe seen mostly in US bases in Poland and Germany, with all the serious heavy training their doing on the Russian border and Russia doing the same its sketchy.
Wow....Not much of secret when you move equipment like this. I am sure if we were in fighting war, many of these types of videos on you tube, would disappear...People would never be able to film or take pictures much less share them. It all on the perspective.

12:38, ANYONE know what these new tracked Vehicles are? Look awefully stout/armored and offensive looking for an APC.
So far there is Bradley, along with the Abrams ,along with tank recovery units, as well as the ammo carriers for the big howitzers.
