Weirdly... the thing I hate the most from this campaign is that the draenei get updated architecture to make their race seem more sophisticated, but the blood elves having left the alliance behind still keep human structures instead of elven ones.

In Mission 4 where you wrestle control of Illidan's case, the side that controls the cage produces less units.

There was a catch in the night elf campain in wc3, there is a spot in the mission where you save Tyrande, in that spot Malfurion could pass items to Illidan, and the items would transfer to Illidan when you set him free later in the be campaing. Don't know if it works in wc3 reforged.
He literally did that at the end of the night elf video, I'm commenting at the start of this one so don't know if it worked but yeah 😂

Bring illidan to the clif since he can walk on water, and on the other side bring malfurion to the same spot, destroy trees and bring them as close as possible to each other and transfer items from malfurion to illidan, they should be there when you free him in the belf campaing.

When did the naga betray the elves? World of Warcraft's lore contributions have been a meme ever since they decided Kael'Thas was suddenly loyal to some random outworld god he's been fighting for his entire life, and needed to be a raid boss to that purpose.

@@connormac4401 But Illidan was only ever FORCED to work for Kiljaden because of his influence over the world. Why would Kael help the guy who consistently fucked with his old savior? As well as that, when did Kael ever thirst for power? Yeah, he left the alliance because he was forced to, but he only helped Illidan because he was morally obligated to help. Because Illidan had trust in Kael to do what he saw as the right thing. You're establishing Kael's actions in WoW with WoW lore that never made any sense to begin with as character developments.

Regarding the Secret Tower Defense level (after level 3) I just want to point out that boulder towers are actually pretty good, but of course they shine much more when the enemies clump up a bit, which as we know, doesn't happen to the magic immune enemy waves. Since the magic immune waves are really the only difficulty (when you have a decent tower setup), focusing a good chunk of your plan vs those waves is key imo.
So if i were to give a couple tips without taking up too much more space it'd be to build literally no more than 4 flame towers (mainly to help with beginning waves and i'd even consider to sell them at some point later) since their pathetic damage does basically nothing to enemies with more than 7ish armor, regardless of how fast they fire. And to rly try to limit the amount of slow towers you build and just make sure to place them in good positions for better coverage, but they need to be upgraded so they have splash. This is to save gold for the death towers and a decent amount of boulder towers. 1 more thing, maybe focusing more of your towers in 1 or 2 good sections of the map may help ur slow towers provide more value and not require as many to be built.

For reference, items *DO NOT* carry forward to enemy heroes, and never have. Furthermore, allied NPC heroes do not carry their inventory forward into playable incarnations, as you discovered with Kael.
Illidan in the final Frozen Throne level has an Orb of Kil'jaeden, and nothing else - I did not unequip Illidan, and he did not have all the crazy shit I had him equipped with at the end of this level. Just his orb.

Back in the old days, my community members hated the blood elves campaign so much due to their "fragile" elven units. But the key point here is, to actually utilize their skills as much as possible. Like heck, you guys have no idea how great it feels to polymorph those frost wryms, and then shackles them, and don't forget that priests' dispell magic is very handy to get rid of those pesky skeletons that can swarm anytime as long as necromancers are around. Like heck, long ago, I managed to kill a couple of abominations just with a group of priest, sorceress, a swordman and two archers 😂
Huge WTII fan (and Warcraft) but I find it funny how Blizzard thought to portray a diasporic, shattered nation like the Blood Elves as helpless and running from the Scourge, but then - by that same hand - render advancement by conquest. So you build a base, harvest resources through elaborate mining systems and clearing forests, and conquer the others. Only to run again.
Nvm my girlfriend corrected me. Sometime's you can fight a battle to win a retreat.
The thing that always got me about the tower defense level, was that if Garithos could unleash all that then by all rights he should have driven out the undead already. Which goes to show just how stupid he is. Edit: Also with the Tower defense level there's a cheeky trick, not sure if it's cheating though. You take down the towers defending Garithos' base with Kael and Vashj in the early levels, then as things line up you can flame strike them and cut waves down in size before they even get out the door.
My favorite PC game in the childhood 9 years ago, still my favorite alliance is the priest, lmao I considered them as a Powerful because they can heal the whole teammate.

@WTii when you play the campaign in classic you get the old map layouts, no changes. In addition to that you cannot unlock portraits in classic and it uses a seperate progress.
Watching your skills on TD for years. Surprised how you did not get 100% on TD rather 3%.
I have not treid(or bought) reforged. However, as good memory serves me. The maps was similar to old one with more twisty paths which could make it easier.
I remember after several attempts I easily got the level with 100% health.
Here I would suggest:
1. Stick to good old wtii greed. Do not build other towers if you can pass. Save all the money of death towers.
2. Build few bolder towers for first round of siege engines (That was the hardest for me)
3. In initial levels save the money, get help from heros. their damage is significant for initial mobs but not for later ones.
4. Build the death towers in places where they can hit more times.
5. Building random cold towers does not help. You need the DPs. Build them in few places to slow down to death towers.
6. At late phase, heros DPS are tiny you can keep building towers and go for secrets. Just collect the gold with them
Technically the old draenei are in WoW though you pretty much don't see them after you leave the Burning Crusade zones (called "lost ones" in WoW).
EDIT:In regards to Akama well we do know how loyal the ashtongue are to the Illidari in the end so...
Question. What if you start campaign with classic graphics on? Will it be old Dalaran map, Quel Talas etc. just like original RoC&TFT missions?

I know this video is 1 year ago but if I remember correctly there used to be a bug where you could control the draenai village instead of the blood elf/naga base. I could build like normal and train units as well but I couldn't progress the mission since I do not have control over Illidan and the rest of them.

You forgot to make a clusterfuck of towers and buildings in the Gates of the Abyss Mission.
In whole Warcraft 3 isn't Human (alliance) campaign. Arthas campaign is simply scourge and in TFT Blood elves (horde).
How is blood elves Horde? I doubt they where thinking about putting them in the horde at that time

Seems like it's not just me, the side quest where you have to get a gold mine in mission 2 is bugged, it doesn't complete whether you build a town hall from the item or worker.

In my playing of the dungeons of Dalaran I didn't get the ring of the archmagi, the item fragments never dropped :( but oh well, I'm sure I can be the campaign without it.
they didnt drop for me either bro. my memory of the mission was a bit rusty and i thought you get the full ring at the end. but nothing dropped for me when i killed the final ghost. i even restarted and they didnt drop again
So couatls only is key? No priests, no sirens, no siege turtles. Well really worked for you. When I did a lot more diverse army I had to install towers around the gates to make it. A few spots where its possible.

@@gustavoroque8830 I only own classic. Have had it since many years. Sadly as of Januari 28 I got that 30Gb extra for what? The only difference between WC and WCR is the ability to activate reforged graphic which pretty much all pros don't.
Do you have an old cd key? You can also try piratebay for older version (hopefully btn is blocked from autoupgrade)

I get his distaste to his people who are generally elite warriors and mages being put on construction work but the undead attacked and in such a force they never would’ve held without that help? I get Garry can be a little bit of an ass but that and his racism shouldn’t force him to just be like “fuck yall” and hate the humans

Garithos was *actively looking for excuses to get rid of the Elves.* He admitted as much when he finally arrested them, saying that he never trusted them, thinks they never should have been accepted into the Alliance in the first place, and now he has "all the proof I need" to execute *literally all of them.* And not one single human in that entire army tried to talk him out of it. Even the surviving members of Dalaran did nothing while Garithos was preparing to execute all of them, as revealed later.

How scared are you? Your livelihood is basically gone. This game is destroyed. Unless they re-release the stolen WC3 frozen throne they took from us they screwed the few people that still log in. Like I never bought reforged. I never liked the look of reforged. I never wanted it. Now Im forced to downgrade my graphics. I’m forced to log into a server to play offline against AI. All the fun custom maps are gone. All the leaderboard matches are gone. The bugs don’t help. I honestly haven’t even gotten past the log in screen because it keeps showing an error message. I spent 40 minutes to download/install the update when all I wanted to do was play classic FT. I love the classic WC3 on ultra settings. It was gorgeous. Played perfectly fine. Now I’m boycotting everything about blizzard. And I can’t stand how youtubers are supporting the game. Screw the bugs those will get worked out but the core is what’s lost. The graphics are ruined. The online-only taints everything. It’s such a huge raping to the customers from 2004. And it’s all just for a cash grab. I don’t care about the enormous false advertisement they pulled. I just want to play offline like I used to. No blizzard account needed. No internet BS. This is unbelievable

Yeah they do, with themselves and with mana stone too. The source link i posted below says (or at least very much appears to say) that multiple mana stones stack with themselves too, but i've tested this in Reforged and they don't. I'm not sure if the mana stone "items" used to stack in the inventory like they do in Reforged, but if not, maybe the effects would stack if you had 2 inventory slots being used by the stones, which would require 6 of them (5 stack together in the inventory, and there doesn't appear to be a way to split them, which to me has been pretty annoying).
