Yes it's is quite has that "uncanny Valley" type feeling. Also why did they skip on the head bobble, I love that head bobble. It's at least more noticeable then just their mouth subtlety moving. And can I just say that the lighting is a bit off

I also had an overzealous Uther in my 2nd part. I’m glad it wasn’t just me. Also never saw this in classic Wc3
As for the survive 30 mins map, I used to always get attacked on the right side in classic, but my play of reforged, it never happened. Guess it’s just random. Looks like you had the same experience as me with the Lich never attacking. Playing on Hard in classic, I would get pushed by a level 10 Lich from time to time casting death and decay on my buildings. In Reforged I never saw a Lich and just to be sure, I checked and I didn’t have any hero kills afterwards either. This made the final push a joke leaving me with most of my base left and all undead defeated with Arthas saying there were just too many undead (yeah sure, buddy). I never had an easier time with this mission. They used to at least get past the first set of towers.

They made the Stratholme layout exactly like Strat in WoW. Every building is placed exactly the same way the dungeon is laid out. The chapel on the bottom right is where the side entrance is. The castle you saw where Wtii killed the militia is the scarlet crusade area, etc etc
Wasn't reforged supposed to have a slightly different campaign?

They did that. People then bitch ed that if they touched it, they wouldn't be buying it. Now they are acting like they did nothing wrong. I can see the same people memeing and saying "false advertising!"
I'm making a movie yeah it’s a massive shame. From what I read it was actually because of poor player feedback but I highly doubt it

Wow, they even changed the troll headhunters in this level to be orcish axethrowers instead! It wouldn't really make sense lore-wise for the jungle trolls to be with the blackrock clan since they only met Thrall on the Echo Isles. Did you notice that, wtii?

Oh you're right! But why would they still work for the orcs since they failed to conquer Azeroth? I guess maybe they thought they could win this time if they had the demons helping them.
@Lalrivunga Hnamte Yes that's the point. Now that they were defeated, the trolls no longer feel confident that the orcs will help them eradicate the elves, which is a bit weird for them to still be with the blackrock clan despite losing to the alliance in the second war. Maybe they never made it back to Zul'Aman or maybe they just weren't informed about the horsde's defeat. But I'm looking too much into it, really. Just makes me wonder is all since I'm such a lore nerd.
In WoW there are still Forest Trolls allied with the Old Horde in Blackrock Mountain!
hmmz the portrait needs to move a bit more specially on the Arthas one. Its like there's no life in it.
I would be more concerned at the lightning, which looks inconsistent, and really bad in some portraits.
I know it is such a small thing, but I like that the units appear to have walk animations now. It's such a little detail, but still.
Without music "Comradeship" first scene of Arthas and Uther meeting feels mediocre.

As in the first Undead Mission you have these immortal kids all over the place and they can just run up to the guards and then you'll have all the guards running at you

That first grunt dying had me so caught off guard.
If you get both medals of courage and all the tomes of strength throughout the campaign, arthas can end up with 1750 hp at lvl 10 and be pretty much unkillable (with frostmourne)
At the blackrock and roll i die laughing at the cutscene where the blademaster sacrificing, the footmen name is unlucky footmen 😂😂😂
I have sooo many complaints for the campaign..it's So buggy, npcs are doing things they should not be doing , I was expecting so much more from the cinematics , Arthas looks like a God compared to the footman and that's just to name a few , very very disappointed.

The cinematics could've been done a lot better, for example Arthas just standing idly while yelling at the the top of his lungs "I'll hunt you down mal'ganis, to the ends of the earth".

Two things I instantly noticed. Not far enough in to see if he mentions it. The fire effect from the orb trailing is so cool and also the trolls are forest trolls not dark spear
I don't understand why he doesn't just get rid of the Boots of Speed. They are super useful in pvp, since you move around the map quite a lot and you need to be faster than the enemies to hit them while moving, but in a campaign not that much. Especially if you are just planning on going into the enemy base, sitting there while invincible, killing buildings. In this case damage is much more important than anything else, since you want to maximize the damage dealt to maximize the value of Divine Shield.
One thing they could done with the last mission. When Arthas come back with the sword, you would only see his back and maybe the sword glowing. Then the captain would turn around in suprise and he would say his monologe, but during that time or maybe before he start talking, the camera would go to Arthas's face and would hear a banging noise, like they do in horror movies when they show the monster's face. That would be cool, showing things really going downhill from that point

In the hold out mission you didn’t keep pulling aggro. You did sometimes but I’m pretty sure you just ran into attacks as they left the base because they didn’t leash
Is anyone else unable to play? I had original game ROC and TFT for a long time and the new update installs the blizzard client and downloads reforged but it doesn’t let me play, it keeps saying “there was an error in handling the request”

I like that some one is playing through whole campaign so i can think about maybe getting the game never played the original so do only know a little bit of why everyone is so against reforged.

Not unless you have a cracked version of original Warcraft like myself. If you try to play from Blizzards sever, it just gives you an error. Blizzard is acting like nothing has happened

@@onholyservicebound1415 which is weird, cause from what I can tell just by comparing the 2, ACTUAL WORK went into this game.
The models are incredibly detailed, they made alternate ones for paladins, death knights and dread lords as well as new animations.
But the old cinematics were only remastered, the game seems to have frame rate issues and bugs

Technically, Mal'ganis did die but revived as per outland demon bullshit. Muradin however was a huge asspull.

Also keep in mind that they probably just overdid themselves with all the promises and instead backed down from it. But instead of simply admitting that, they said they wanted to back down because of the players that wanted a "Close as possible" rework of the main game.
IMO that's all crap, but feel free to think something different

I clicked on random parts of the video just to see tiny bits and pieces, and honestly, this looks garbage. Visualy not very pleasing (except winter tilesets) for me, unit portraits look apathetic. Didn't they also say that they'd be revamping some of the maps ass well? So far I see only Stratholme was changed, everything else is same. What are your thoughts so far?
