Nice antenna - I can pretty much convert metric into real dimensions mentally, but it taxes an older brain. I hope the damn thing works for you guys' sake. A word to those who may become wise - a meter (39.37") is a rather LONG base unit for linear measurement. Oh and a cm is way too short.
