I love how you pointed out to be mindful of your hands and facial expression! Sometimes, good footwork can be spoiled by stiff arms and a wonky, concentrated face.
THIS TUTORIAL WAS BROKEN DOWN ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I LOVE HOW YOU ALWAYS GIVE VIEWS FROM ALL DIRECTIONS! AFTER HEARING YOU EXPLAIN ABOUT THE "DIMENSIONS" OF THIS MOVE IT MADE WAY MORE SENSE! THANKS! THIS IS NOW MY FAVORITE SK8 TUTORIAL YOU'VE DONE! BRAVO! 😜😜😜😜😜😜
I've been skating for about 3 years and am pretty good on skates but this is one I could never get my head around... This is the most helpful video I've seen thanx 👌
OK here is this situation which is totally different jam skate is not been around for 10 years it is not been around for 15 years the terms on a been around for about 10 years when you go back 35 years you will find that the crazy legs does not look nothing like what you see this guy doing because he doesn't know any better hes doing what everybody else does let me give you a little school lesson. 1st off if you take a bottle and put the bottle right there were your body splits you stand over the bottle with 1' would 4 wheels down in the foot is in the back with the toe down the foot in the front is turned where they healed is turning away from the body it stops you from rolling forward or backwards you drag your toll up and as you drag your toe You have to swivel your hip because you gonna drag up to the bottle and you're gonna miss the bottle and go around it and put your heel down and do the same thing with the other leg You see where the hip action comes into play this is not what hes doing his feet never even get near each other and he has less of ability doing what hes doing hes limited. If you took 2 bottles and spread them the width of your foot, What are you doing is a cheap poor imitation of the original which they do not even come close to What are you doing is a cheap poor imitation of the original which they do not even come close to. But if you don't know any better you do whatever body else does. This is a very poore imitation of the original taken for want from someone who's been skating 45 years.
Thank you for this video. It is hard for me to learn tricks in the moment with a teacher so having a video to watch and analyze is exactly what I need. Fingers crossed I can finally get this one down!
What's your missing the basic technique is you start with 1' in front and idiots like you are on a treadmill and on a treadmill means that in the front is higher than the back and your body has to flex your legs have to flex with each stroke so you go down up down up you see none of that you can't keep the rhythm Are you and change the rhythm doing what hes doing. Go back in history and dig up some skaters from Chicago You see the origination of crazy legs people were doing what they thought You see the origination of crazy legs people were doing what they thought This is nothing but this is what you see all the jam skaters do The same week stuff Hey can't even bring his feet together without kicking himself on the ground because the wheels are so wide Look how far apart his wheels are look at this face and he still can't do it right. I know he doesn't know any better because this is what everybody else is doing. No everybody else is not doing that the people who are doing it is casino know any better.
Kiss not only your hands your missing all concept it's your whole body from your foot to the top of your head the rhythm is linked between your legs your hands your shoulder your head your whole sense of rhythm is supposed to be in it you do not see this what they are doing. They are limited by this concept.

Thank you for breaking it down so clearly! Do you prefer hard or soft wheels for jam/jb skating?
I've always preferred softer wheels, not that there's anything wrong with hard wheels, though!
When you said yo to start the video I thought u was going to say yo what's up my diggity dogs
😂 Diggity dogs?? Haha
Please do a pendulum tutorial :D
Not sure I know what that is? 🤔
another name for it is the hurricane kick i think
If I wanna do it should I put away the toe stop? Bc I have been trying to do it, but it's complicated.
Thank you,.. this very helpful and informative
@thenubianerd3
What wheels please. Thanks for your vids.
Unfortunately the wheels used in this video are discontinued.
@@ClassicSK8Crew What wheels do you recommend? I just bought bones team 57mm /30 98A but looks like yours are wider?
@@jasondefina9243 I usually just go for any soft wheels, personally.
What’s the wheel hardness on your skates?
I believe they are 88a

Dude slow it down a little so we can c your feet moving. Instead of some 1 on a speed ball.
So I'm guessing you didn't actually watch the video? Because the move is performed slower and even slowed down further for the instructional portion.
Dude it looks bad when u do it, bend your knees and relax..
