OMG thank you for this video! I've been having this coffeemaker for years and never had I used the k cup until today and I obviously used it wrong. I kept getting coffee grounds in my cup with clear water.
Tell your daughter she's a natural! Wanted to share. I love my pot. Only thing I didn't like was having to be so careful about how much water goes in the single side. Found a fix on Amazon. J Buddenborg posted that you can take a straw, coffee stirrer, bamboo skewer. You open the water reservoir. There is a pipe sticking out about an inch with slots. That contains the sensor float. You gently push in your straw/skewer into a slot. Leave it in there. That keeps the float down. Now you can put in as much water as you want. One small warning. Mine will give the ready beep before the water is done. Must listen to the water, not the beep. You used the single brew basket in the wrong side, you are supposed to remove the K-Cup part and place the small basket in the holder. Chose ground coffee on the selector button, no need to press down when using the brew basket on the single serve side. You didn't read the instruction did you?

Whoa back! You need to go decafe my friend. Slow down, read the instructions so you can use the single brew basket in the right place.... replace the K-cup dispenser. LOL

having a problem inserting the part that you put kcups in,,doesn't seem to snap in
ok it said press the kcup down and it will punch a hole in the bottom but there's nothing in the bottom to punch the hole

my regualr side on the coffee maker stops after 3/4 of a pot is brewed? is that normal?
Is their a way for it to stop if let's say a cup over fills how do u stop it from pouring
