    When I said ''trousers'' my American teacher promptly tried to correct the word saying ''Pants!'' too because she wanted me to speak American English haha😄

    締める shimeru to put on/to tie/to wear (a tie)
    つける tsukeru to put on (small accesories like earrings, watches, rings)
    脱ぐ nugu to take out
    外す hazusu to take out (small accesories, rings, watches)
    着る kiru to wear(on body, shirts)
    かぶる kaburu to wear (something on head)
    かける kakeru to wear(glasses)
    巻く maku to wrap around/to wear (scarf)
    はめる hameru to wear(gloves)/to insert (ring, gloves)
    履く haku to wear on foots or legs (shoes, pants, socks)

    アクセサリーを外す時に
    "外す"だけでなく"取る"も使われることがあります。
    ・めがねを 取る
    ・時計(とけい)を 取る
    ・帽子(ぼうし)を 取る
    逆に今すでに体から離れている時は
    自分の方に引き寄せるというイメージになります
    ※この時"とる"は手に持っている感じ
    なので"着ける"との違いが少しあります
    メガネを取る
    →メガネを引き寄せる
    時計を取る
    →時計を引き寄せる

    着る upper part
    はく lower part
    かぶる to cover your head,like caps , wigs ,
    かける to hang glasses
    つける attachments, like, ,jewlery,watch, perfume , Cologne
    脱ぐ to wear out cloths(both upper and lower)
    はずす to wear off the attachment

    I think that one piece have a different meaning in our country, I think it's a very revealing bikini in our country and that's what came to my mind instead of that anime. 😅

    Hi ! Thank you for this video. I learn from Minna no Nihongo and indeed I was quite afraid with the vocabulary for "to wear" !...
    By the way, on this book, it's not つけます but します which is used for accessories... Are they both usable or is there a difference ?
