@@DavidPerez-qv9vv si ubicas el boton - para subir y bajar el volumen de la izquiera? ese tambien se aprieta, aprietalo y sigue la secuencia con el anillo circular es asi mira aprieta boton de volumen, boton circular arriba, boton circular abajo y enter enter es precionar en medio del circulo negro y cambia las opciones en hotel mode yo las tuve que cambiar en una tele usada que compre en craigslist por que no se ponia en 4k ni tampoco podia descargar apps, saludos espero te ayude!.

Y se abre el menu pero cuidado al mover las opciones cuando es una tele asi puedes dejarla inservible en modo ladrillo.

Tried Pressing Power, Mute, Up, Down, Enter. Nothing happens. Also tried the same thing but holding mute for 5 sec. Accesibility shortcut opens and still no service menu. How did you make it work in AU7000?
@@jrzmanagbanag6415 i cant enter that mode because theres no bluethooth mode in my settings so when i go up and go back down it just go down to shortcut apps

For hotel TV there's no Netflix apps available maybe there an issue with Samsung and Netflix or some conflicts maybe we already ask to the Samsung.
