    Even after almost 40 years, Brian still knows how to give chills playing this song on the guitar...then Freddie at the end gives goosebumps!

    That smile on Brian's face at the end when he was playing guitar and freddie was singing... The emotion you could read in his smile like words on a paper. It made me so sad and happy at the same time. Short words I cried.

    What a lovely, touching performance. I don't think that Brian May nor the other band members of Queen will every really stop mourning the loss of their friend, their creative cohort, Freddy Mercury. He's in their DNA it seems.

    I truly felt Sir Brian's Love for FREDDIE in this performance ! When Sir Brian May says " Please let's sing it all together for FREDDIE. OK ?" My heart broke and I sang and cried through the whole song and when FREDDIE comes on the screen to sing the last verse I truly broke down. When Bri looks back at FREDDIE and gives him a thumbs up it made me smile. :}} What a super emotional experience ! I'll NEVER forget you FREDDIE MERCURY !

  • @dianajones6343

    I don't know why everyone is being so hateful to Adam Lambert. I mean he is obviously one of the best singers today and you have to know that singing Queen songs isn't easy. Can you imagine any other of nowadays "most famous singers" like Taylor, Katy, Britney, JB, etc. doing that? I don't think so! And I also like his attitude; he's paying a lot of respect to Freddie Mercury.

    • @arjenarjen7311
      @arjenarjen7311 9 лет назад +2

      The situation is similar to Brian Johnsons (AC/DC). Also a very great singer but he will always be compared to Bon Scott. Its really no shame not to reach Bon Scott

    • @dianajones6343
      @dianajones6343 9 лет назад +3

      Piano Man I completely understand what you're talking about. But it still makes me sad that some people are being so rude. Especially because they're both great singers and i think we don't have many of them nowadays. It's sad that today we divide singers on those who can sing and who can't sing. We should appreciate real talent more.

    • @schwartenking5363

      i think most of them don`t understand that this is not a dishonor
      every singer got his own style to sing, but people sometimes just think to the "older" styles

    It used to piss me off seeing Adam standing where Freddie stood, but seeing this now, its obvious Brian just wants to keep Freddie alive through the music. As Freddie said 'do what you want with me, just don't make me boring' for my generation who never got to see queen n will never see Freddie it would be incredible to see this, I know it's not the real thing, its about as close as we will get, so we should be grateful for getting the chance to still see some part of queen living on for Freddie. At the end of the day they need a singer to sing the songs, obviously it will always be Freddie but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be able to hear the songs live and appreciate them.

    Queen without all of their members is technically Queen, but it is just not the same as all four united. Each member gives a certain chemistry that really makes the band shine. Even individual they are amazing, but all together they are legends.

    Спасибо за этот круиз Queen, спасибо Ламберту за превосходное исполнение песен Queen. Молодое поколение узнает о группе и гениальном Фредди Меркьюри. Песня не умерла, а значит память о Фредди Меркьюри жива. Любовь к группе Queen и Фредди Меркьюри я пронесла через всю свою жизнь. В трудные минуты их музыка и песни давали мне силы жить, так как они несли любовь.

    You could tell it really got to Brian. Some want to compare Adam to Freddie, well that is just a load of bollocks. There is no comparison. There will never be another Freddie. I think if Freddie knew just how much he is missed it would truly blow his mind. I suppose Brian and Roger figure Adam is the best they can find to do their songs. I also miss John Deacon. His bass licks just made their songs. It is sad what has happened to him.

      I saw the show in Toronto. I was there when Freddie was alive and singing with Queen, I was there when he died and now I am there as they bring his music back to us. The founding members of Queen obviously have a great deal of respect for Adam and I felt Adam has a great deal of respect for Freddie and Queen. Finally there is someone who can share Freddie's music with the world once again and do it justice. He is not trying to be Freddie he is just passionate about bringing the music back to us.

    Extraordinaire... Incroyable... Je suis toujours ébahi et touché par cette chanson... Brian May toujours aussi extra... Mais Freddie à la fin... C'est l'apothéose, l'explosion d'émotions! Vive Queen et FREDDIE pour toujours!

    Brian brings such vulnerability into the song, one can feel the pain. Very nice!

    Появление Фредди вызывает мурашки, он бесподобен.
