      Bian played the guitar well
But he's not the best guitarist.
His voice is a simple nasal voice with an octave.
He can play the piano a bit, handling the synthesizer is not a big deal.
There is no need for talent.
      Brian Dalait,
Freddie Mercury took it to success!
He couldn't write a single song after Freddie's death.
Brian is bad in nature and has constantly generated quarrels in the band.
That's why Deaky stepped down many times.
Brian is a vain and envious man
      He just loves himself.
The film is about this, a liar and a shame.

      He is a great guitarist.

His piano playing is great, he played piano sometimes on Queen songs.

Big respect to Brian for going for it. For me it's beyond about being good, and merely about paying respect in memory of Freddie. It's about singing it anyway, because he'd be looking down in joy regardless.

I think not only this is Brian's song, but the meaning of the lyrics are Brian's history. And you can tell by what the voice transmits. IF there's one song that I'd rather hear from Brian singing rather than Freddy, would be this one

    • @adrianshephard224
      @adrianshephard224 3 года назад +59

And not just at that, they all could play some instrument or another. Freddie could play piano, so could in fact Brian May (although he would play synthesizer for the most parts) , while he also could play classic guitar while John Deacon could play a classic double bass and four or five stringer electric bass guitars. And the Roger could sing as well as Brian and in fact would often do back-vocals contrary to people's belief it was Brian, although Brian also did a lot of back-vocals and both were extremely good at it. And on top of it all band members were talented song and lyrics writers.

I knew Brian's version from his solo album before they released the Queen version with Freddie's vocals and actually, i don't like Freddie's version better, although he was and still is my top favourite singer.... I'm always very fond of Brian's version. Brian has a moving voice and he sings well here. The guitar solo is beautiful. Luciano Pavarotti was, well, Pavarotti ! He was ageing there, not in his best shape but he had a special voice... I guess his idea to sing with some pop/rock musicians has helped to spread maybe a bit of light as well on classical music.. a little bit. And Queen did have some classical influences, especially on the first 5 albums...

I so wish freddie could have actually sung with Pavarotti. But brian may doesnt get enough credit for his vocal abilities!! He even did the last verse of mother live and most people dont notice its no longer freddie.
What i love most about Pavarotti's, besides his unmatched voice singing puccini which simple cant fail to raise goose bumps; is his true, genuine, and embracing LOVE of music. He didnt have a drop if elitism in him. Whatever type if music you sang- if you did it well- he reveled in it!!

Queen was great cause each member of the group was talented, in fact multi talented. Together they were superior. As a singer Freddie was unique. Dr. May is a good singer, guitarist and playing several instruments could make the orchestra, plus compose and write songs. And send them to the universe.
