- The Polar Express Train Ride in Williams AZ was such a great experience with the kids. We has a blast staying at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel as well. The whole trip was booked during the summer months because of how popular it is every season.
So once we arrived I had forgotten that it came with the food package for the family as well. THIS WAS A LIFE SAVER. We got to the hotel, checked out puppy into they dog hotel that is conveniently next to our hotel and we were able to go eat at the diner across the parking lot at the hotel. We had delicious food and shortly after it was about time to board the train.
The train ride was so much fun singing and eating out cookies with hot chocolate. All of this was also included in the price. It was nice to be able to just enjoy the trip and not have to whip out the wallet every time the kids wanted to experience something. It really was created as a family friendly event and you get to just enjoy it all.

Well it’s not the actual polar express obviously, but they do have the whole theme, songs and story to go along with the train ride and experience.
@@FortKnoxCo I like that inside car service, it’s just I wish They had it pulled by an actual steam locomotive.

Was the food itself worth it? I haven't seen great reviews on the food.
It was good. Nothing to write home about but definitely not bad. It was a nice breakfast if your doing it for the day that your there and for convenience. The food was average breakfast food. So because we were on property it was nice to have right there. But I wouldn’t drive to this place to get breakfast if I was in town or living there. I hope that helps
What month did you go in? Was it snowy?
We went in November but there wasn’t snow at the time.

We booked it through their website. There’s us usually a link/advertisement that says Tickets for the train. And just followed the prompts
