I have yet to find the perfect compact eyeshadow palette! I just need: matte Black, matte dark brown, matte taupe transition, bronze shimmer, champagne shimmer and a matte cream shade! That’s all I ask! Lol. Love to see u good a collab for an everyday palette!
I’ve honestly never owned anything else than drugstore eyeshadow palettes, but I used to looove this teeny tiny Rimmel palette with a beautiful auburn-like color + a warm dark brown color. Those two would definitely make it to my dream palette🥰
Beth Caple id really like to try that pallet but by the time you factor in the exchange rate and shipping to Canada it’s not as affordable! I miss colour pop being on Sephora Canada’s website 🇨🇦
I have a question about this palette, does it lean more cool toned? in pictures it always looks VERY cool toned to me, and it kind of puts me off since I have a more yellow undertone!
WHO IS SO SAD EVERYDAY MAY IS ALMOST OVER :( I can't decide between ABH Soft Glam vs Sultry for what my top neutral palette would be because one of them gives me a completely different eyeshadow moment than the other lol but I love them both. @sallymanderchoi
I like soft glam for spring, summer, and fall and I like sultry for fall and winter. I use them both year round a lot, but certain seasons I’m more drawn to each. Love them both so much.
love the Charlotte tilbury “The Icon palette” and the fenty snap shadows - they fit right into my makeup bag and are so good for travelling etc. Means I can create loads of looks with these teeny tiny little palettes! X @kirsteyyoung
my fav neutral palette is definitely Colourpop Bare Necessities! its a large palette but it has such a great combo of warm and cool tones! i use it everyday!
This may not technically qualify as “neutral” but the Roen palates ✨💛 ... shimmer neutrals ... that counts, right. Who doesn’t want to bathe in shimmer !? 🤷🏼♀️ IG: enfreeze
The Biba palette looks so good, but I would break in to Sam's beauty room, locate the palette she assembled with her favorite single eyeshadows, and that would truly be my ideal palette! @steph_alaska
Nowadays Sultry is my fav neutral palette, along with Lunasol’s beige beige (a Japanese brand). Both are on the cooler side of neutral. When I feel like going warm, it’s Huda’s rich nude, which is almost burgundy/berry. When I feel like going very cool toned, it’s Marc jacob’s Steeletto, which is neutrals plus grey/purple.
I’m gonna go old-school with this and say that my two favorite neutral eyeshadow palettes are the original Urban Decay Naked palette, and the Mac Nordstrom Naturals Palette. I reach for those the most. Both discontinued😢 I guess I’ll have to find a new one! IG~ @albalag
My dream palette is literally the ND Biba 😍 I’ve been lusting after it since it came out and I just haven’t pulled the trigger. My favorites that I own are the ND Camel, Roen 75°, and Colourpop Going Coconuts!! My Instagram is @gagnon_jordan 😊
Buy it on beautylish you can make 4 $25 payments on it. Wow ! the typos in my original posting. Anyways I have it it’s completely worth it if I didn’t have a lot of make up I would be OK with it being the only pallet I own maybe one other pallet.
Love your videos!!! From sunny and warm BARCELONA, my favorite palettes are cool rose tones. Missed one that like you fit my needs. As of today combining a few and hoping for a miracle!!!
My go to “palette” is bronzer with or without a similar colour shimmer shade on top! Sometimes I just like wearing a shimmer shade and that’s it! I love Mac cosmetics woodwinked and honesty as compliments to bronzer IG: soutram
Thanks Allana for always watching out for us and keeping us up to date on what’s going on with beauty. Your opinion means a lot and I’ve been watching your videos for years to get the lowdown. Lol Love ya and all your videos!❤️😉
My perfect palette isn’t necessarily a “palette” however, Laura mercier’s cream eyeshadow sticks are absolutely beautiful and am looking forward to purchasing more! ig: @tiffanylvo
Zuzuu K Hello! So I’m a light-medium cool/delicate olive undertone gal. I’ve found that cobblestone (taupe), amethyst (soft mauve w/pearl), violet (plum shimmer), and intense moonlight (chrome beige shimmer) looks stunning on me! But if you’re more warm-toned, the warmer colors would be better suited for you:)
I’ve yet to find my perfect everyday palette. In my head, I think it’s inspired by a Scottish moor; soft heathers, mosses, fog, earthy browns and reddish ochre. That’s what I want and have yet to find. Insta; deardeerdarling
I have a little smashbox mini palette that is the perfect little everyday neutral I take on the go. I’ve used it up and repurchased because I always go back to it.
I love the tati beauty volume 1 pallets. Its a little on the pricy side. But it was worth every dollar and has every thing you might be looking for. Or you could take your loved eyeshadow out and put them in an empty magnetic pallet.
One of my favorite self-isolation pastimes has been scouring the internet for my perfect neutral palette, but it evades me. My favorite palette that I own is the Pat McGrath Divine Rose Mothership. Honestly, I just take it out and stare at it. I've used it like 3 times. IG: sidneylh
I love Natasha Denona's small palettes for every day Mini Star, #2 5 eyeshadow palette and Camel, they are perfect for me as neutral palettes for every day! And I also fell in love with the new luxury palettes from Annbeauty, the quality and colours are awesome!
My first “investment” in purchasing a palette was the Born to Run by Urban Decay and it continues to be one of my top palettes. I’d diiiiiiie for the Pat McGrath Divine Rose palette hollllly cow that is my literal dream. @ohmymaria7
My dream palette would honestly be the melt 420 palette, I love those greeny gold and khaki shades as well as some warm rust tones neutrals, it's just **chefs kiss** IG: @_are.you.sirius
My ultimate pallet would be a “travel pallet” that has my specific favourite Hourglass blush and bronzer, along with a miniature potted (INNOVATIVE) NudeStix cream eyeshadow!! It’s very abstract and I will never obtain it :( Instagram @hayley_jakubowski
The tarte toasted palette in probably my favourite palette to exist! Every shade is gorgeous, the formula is beautiful, blends wonderfully. What more can a person ask for! Ig: @vkgayatri
I started to let my hair go salt and pepper and felt I needed to get some cool toned palettes which I really didn't have. I've always been a warm toned neutral palette kind of gal. So I picked up the Natasha Denona Glam Palette. Which has more shimmers than mattes. And of course, I agree, since it is hard to find a PERFECT palette, I also picked up the Milani SULTRY palette which is the perfect complement to the ND Glam palette because it is also a cool toned palette, but it has more mattes than shimmers, plus it has two really dark shades (a black/brown and a regular black) that the ND Glam palette is missing. I also picked up the Huda Obsessions Hazy Khaki Palette because I have nothing like it. Its a khaki, neutral palette. And in this case, when I say NEUTRAL, I mean the shades seem to be exactly on the border between cool and warm undertones. I bought this one, because I feel it really pops my hazel brown eyes. And I feel it's really hard to make brownish eyes pop with just neutrals, but these shades do the job. And that's why the Huda Khaki palette is my favorite of the moment. Plus, bonus: its a small nine pan palette, perfect for travel. But, alas it is still missing a black/brown or black shade. So I just pull out the Milani Sultry palette to go with. The Milani is a 12 pan palette, but is still very travel friendly. Needless to say, these are my favorite 3 palettes of the moment. Also, an honorable mention is the Ciate London Chloe Morello Pretty. Fun and Fearless palette. An older 15 pan palette with some soft warm browns, but not too warm (no peaches or oranges) and a few muted burgundy and plum shades. It also has about 5 shimmers. There are no bright shades in this palette which I notice most palettes like to throw into their neutral palettes. The only cons: still missing a really dark black/brown or black shade. And the formula is not as good as the ND, Huda or Milani. But, its has those plum shades added to the browns to make it more interesting and versatile and still wearable. EVERY shade is wearable and that is rare.
I love the “Born to run” palette when I want some color, but the colors in the Naked Heat and tarte toasted palettes are my favorites that I just can’t get to look good on both eyes on the same day. IG: crenner07
I've been wanting Biba ever since you started talking about it! I love neutrals and color so a palette that allows me to have a bronzy babe moment, an everyday look, and a glam look with a pop of color or duo chrome shimmer would be the dream! IG: @sofifi_goody
I love the Charlotte Tillbury “pillow talk” eyeshadow palette. I like that it has a little bit of everything and has all warm tones :) ig: kristenrob29
I have literally been looking for an everyday small palette as I’m updating my beauty routine... this is literally a perfect video! In my ideal world I’d buy that Natasha denona palette🤩 and it would magically fit in my small makeup bag.. buuut definitely too pricey for me ig: belphillips
👍🏼 I am like you, eyeshadow not my favourite item but still searching for my everyday palette instead of using several. Love the Victoria B ones may need to try. However I do love a bronzer 😉😘😘
My forever endeavor of searching for my “perfect neutral palette resulted in me owning wayyy many palette to be considered sane for a non-RUclipsr 😏 but my favorite ones tends to be (inexpensive) Korean brands. They mostly consist soft girly neutrals with a couple of glittery toppers 🥰🥰🥰 IG @favoredheart
Which one of the Korean brands do you like? I am considering buying my first, maybe 3ce overtake but I am worried that it may be chalky and not last long. I also have been eyeing the peripera - all take mood palette in #01 mood breathing
Missy Sj I personally found them to be unique in formula and colors are more slightly more muted - for their audiences it’s not just about pigmentation. Also I’ve never had bad experiences w quality regardless of price. Not to mention super cute packaging! 😊
Stela Idrizi I never stuck to one particular brand, I buy based on color story/brand. 3Ce tend to be pricey. I would try one Etude House Play Color Eyes. One of favorite in my collection is www.yesstyle.com/en/coringco-shabamshabam-eyeshadow-palette-4-colors-04-venice-night/info.html/pid.1073880543. 😇😇
Haven’t found my ideal palette just yet but I would LOVE something that had some pink and orange tones together with one go to lid topper. Thank you for a bomb every day may!! Ig: daphchow
I personally love the Maybelline City Mini palettes - couple of cool-toned ones that are really beautiful and the shadow quality is MUCH better than typical Maybelline shadows!
My absolute FAVORITE everyday neutrals palette is the Too Faced Born this Way one (I know they're a shady brand). The formula is fantastic, it's got the perfect mix of pinks and warm browns (the shade Maple and Warm Rose are my go-to's), and it's got some of the prettiest shimmer/glitter shades imaginable. Would highly recommend!
Just to mention a drugstore palette, I picked up a Maybelline Nudes of New York since someone said that is was a dupe for a high end palette. Nope, lol, can't remember any other details than that! But I saw it on sale so decided to get it. WOW! I was really surprised. Super blendable and it did last all day!
Have yet to find my dream palette as well.. which is unfortunate. But my most used i guess would HAVE to be the Modern Renaissance by Anastasia Beverly Hills. Would LOVE to try those Marc Jacob palettes one day. 🤩
I think the reason I most identified with Allana in the beginning is because usually I'm bronzer, blush & highlighter and good to go! But also, soft glam & naked original all the way.
I agree, I seriously can get by with just Tom ford products. Yes it’s expensive but man those quads or his glitter pots I just can’t get that from anything else. I think since I’ve tried Tom ford I seriously can’t go back. I would much rather save for one of his palettes that I know I’ll continue to pick up than to buy anything that I know will go to waste. I just can’t compare his eye products. The man knows what he’s doing
My favorite ‘palette’ has been the sylvie eyeshadow my Chantecaille. It’s the best eyeshadow ever. I think it’s a cream to matte? I’m not even sure what the magic is haha. But.... The formula is gorgeous, it’s the perfect taupe color, it’s buildable AND it leaves a beautiful sheen. I just love it. Makes me so happy to use, bonus that it is easy af to apply.
My dream palette would have a black brown or espresso “outer corner” shade, a warm and warm/grey mid tone, a creamy brown gold shimmer, a creamy warm light pink shimmer, and a champagne inner corner shimmer! Also a Matte bronze for lazy days. @camjoost
Try Elate Cosmetics! They do capsule collections and you can pick individual shades that magnetize to your palette. Sustainable packaging, vegan, and natural. Based in Victoria, BC. Highly recommend.
I have yet to find the perfect compact eyeshadow palette! I just need: matte Black, matte dark brown, matte taupe transition, bronze shimmer, champagne shimmer and a matte cream shade! That’s all I ask! Lol. Love to see u good a collab for an everyday palette!
Maybe you should buy a build your own palette with a brand that sells singles
OMG ME TOO
Same!!!! 😊
Finally an influencer who doesn't push color on us normal people. 👏🙏
For drugstore I personally love eyeshadows from Milani and Nyx.
I suggest the colourpop “going coconuts” palette for the perfect neutrals!!! It has inner corner highlight, transitions and and deep brown!! ❤️
It's been out of stock for a while now.
@Lauren Freeman I love the Brown Sugar palette from cp but the fuckers keep discontinuing all the good isht 😤😭
That palette looks so pretty, to me it’s just missing at least one very deep tone and maybe a gold shade
Is it warm tone or cool tone palette?
I’m here wondering if high end is better for beginners because better quality/easier to blend etc?
Tartlette in bloom and soft glam are probably the only realistic eyeshadow palettes i would ever need.
I always return to your “3 looks, 1 palette” with ABH soft glam. I love that palette so much!!!
I’ve honestly never owned anything else than drugstore eyeshadow palettes, but I used to looove this teeny tiny Rimmel palette with a beautiful auburn-like color + a warm dark brown color. Those two would definitely make it to my dream palette🥰
IG: ankemz :)
LAN!!! THE WHOLE LOOK!! 😍😍 MAKEUP AND HAIR 😍😍😍😍😍
I wait for this moment every day lol
Me too!
I have two favourite palettes that I love to use. They are the tarteist pro to go and naked basics! My ig is Brianne.metzger :):)
The Color Pop Going Coconuts is a great, affordable neutrals palette.
Beth Caple id really like to try that pallet but by the time you factor in the exchange rate and shipping to Canada it’s not as affordable! I miss colour pop being on Sephora Canada’s website 🇨🇦
It also is sold out right now .. . I'm not sure if they are going to come out with more or not
the shipping and duty costs to canada are astronomical tho 😔
Not only Canada but internationally as well. They used to have rare moments where shipping would be free but they put an minimum amount on it 🙃
I have a question about this palette, does it lean more cool toned? in pictures it always looks VERY cool toned to me, and it kind of puts me off since I have a more yellow undertone!
Your makeup here is *chef’s kiss*
I love the VB palettes , absolutely fricken love them
pls do a tutorial on this eye look !!
my fav “palette” is literally my bronzer, blush & highlighter. i’m a simple gal 😙🙌🏻💗 ig: @abbycheeka
Thank you, for mentioning about how us Canadians don’t have as many options. It’s very frustrating sometimes!
Please do a tutorial on this eye look! I love your colors you used! Please please!

I adore that palette. Definitely a work of art!!!! I can't wait for the new palette coming out in June.

I have, use and love Soft Glam. The Biba pallet always catches my eye when I'm browsing but I can't justify the $$$$.

The formula is fantastic, it's got the perfect mix of pinks and warm browns (the shade Maple and Warm Rose are my go-to's), and it's got some of the prettiest shimmer/glitter shades imaginable. Would highly recommend!
Soft glam is also my go to neutral. One of my favorite palettes ever
100% with you on your Marc Jacobs assessment.
I have mostly been using my bronzer and have so many larger pallettes I don't touch anymore! A small neutral pallete would be great
You can easily depot the Biba palette and put the shadows in a magnetic palette of sorts! That's what I do whenever I wanna travel with it :)
You eye color just pops in this vid!!

@camjoost
Probably right now my favorite neutral palette would probably be Natural Eyes from two faced.
Most loved palettes have been the Tarte Toasted and the ABH modern renaissance.

My favorite is PYT, the cool tone palette - I think it’s called day and night. So perfect for my every day look
I have some palettes to try now!
