There are many useful videos of doctors answering medical questions on RUclips. This is not one of them.
Thank you for 200k! Srsly. It very nice I like. As a small token here is a ridiculous video of me talking complete rubbish in response to questions you asked. So if it's boring (it is) then you only have yourself to blame. And sorry I couldn't answer them all. Most were hot trash to be honest but many made me smile (on the inside).

@@davidmyers9581 I was working on waste water treatment facility. First four months I was sick four times. Next six none.
That stint came to my mind also when good doctor was talking about the ritual of entering and leaving workplace during the pandemic. We had three lockers: street clothes, clean work clothes and used work clothes. There was no rule when to change from used to clean ones but everyone did it. If you threw your used clothes to a hamper you moved the clean clothes to the used clothes locker and left the clean clothes locker open. Miraculously there were new set of clean clothes there next day. I was working as electrcian so I did not do 3 shifts but straight 5 dayshifts per week with weekends off. There was also 15min reserved for sauna at the end of the shift. I usually was there 30min.

I was watching a tv show about an 8 month old dog that knew a hundred words while babysitting my newborn nephew and his 6 year old sister. I thought babies habe to be smarter than dog's. I only babysat once a week so I got my 6 year old niece to experiment on the baby. I had her try to teach 4 words to him. Hard Soft and Hot Cold. By having him feel hard and soft objects and Hot and cold ones (really warm and cool, I'm not crazy) alternatively. We "Forgot" to tell my brother and sister-in-law. At nine weeks, yes weeks, at a Checkup with the Doctor, she used a cold stethoscope and he grabbed it and said "Cold"! She tried again and he said it again. She called in the other Doctors and in and he said it for them again. His Doctor wrote it up in his chart and all the Doctors signed it as witnesses. Give it a try. Remember to use paired alternates one at a time. Putting the object in his hand and saying the word. Use different objects each session if you can. Keep it to a couple of minutes every day. And please use COOL and WARM objects not hot and cold.
Don't expect an immediate response, my niece didn't get one before she gave up at 3 and a half months

@@liriosogno6762 The water in the bath is one of the most potent homeopathic liquids. :-)
Homeopathy is the theory, stuff that causes a symptom, may cure things that show the same symptoms. But you need to dilute it, also called "increasing the potency". So a bathtub full of water is basically one of the most healthy things ever and should be able to cure everything. Because the water must have touched so many poisonous unhealthy stuff over the millenia, while at the same time diluted so much by rivers, ocean, rain etc., that it must be a cure-anything medicine by now.
*sips a glass of water* I hope I don't die from overdose. ;-)

no matter your age just take up a hobby or work with people you don't have to be a doctor per say you can help out with lots of things that doctors need or patient need. just for example
i have seen many psychologists working with addicts ,sex workers, and bullied kids who have a great impact on people too.
you can do your part by being aware of opportunities that help people and improve drinking water management ,
you can save water by not letting the tap going while you are applying soap to your hands every hour.

Essentially waving his hands around my head I guess? He spent the rest of the the appointment bragging about his martial arts skills. I think you should write the book that is easiest for you to write. I would read a book where it goes
Chapter 1. Why write this book. In it you describe how life is busy, list some examples of how busy, pontificate briefly on why would anyone want to read what you have to say anyway. Immediately realise someone is reading your words and then you thank those three people. You realise you need a coffee, you mention that, then you put an elipses ... and tell us that your Wife needed you to do something typically husbandy. You then end the chapter and move on to the second which would be something like
Chapter 2. How to make a decent cup of tea and why it is generally superior to coffee, unless you really need a coffee in which case a cup of tea just isn't up to snuff. You then Rowan on for a period of time and find yourself ready to move on to chapter 3.
Chapter 3. I am writing this one while on shift. Oop, hang on, I have to help a person not be dead. Ok, I'm back, I'm in the car. I'm making notes on a coffee cup I have handy for the purpose. Luckily the air has the memory of a recent anxiety drug so I'm feeling homeopathically relaxed. Oh, while I think of it, get regular exercise. You don't need a lot. A recent study in the US identified that even ten minutes of exercise where you get your heart rate to a point where you find yourself noticeably breathing is sufficient to cause an improvement in overall cardiovascular efficiency. (Then you comment on this study. You mention that you anecdotally got fitter once your kids learned to move faster than you)
    Chapter 4.

@@MedlifeCrisis You are Westworld level consistent so if you like I can ghost write it, you read it, change it completely because everything I put in was made up and you realise that at least some truth is a good idea, put your name on it, then because you are a massively wealthy cardiologist, you graciously pass the money to a distant Australian (Me, in case you missed the hint) in an act of generosity of you trying to make the world a better place. AND/OR. You alternate chapters so that every third (I get that that isn't alternate) is an If It Ducks like a Quack rant. Especially since you already have a cover. And it will make further YouFace videos easier because you can paraphrase your book while recording the Audible version, which in typical Rowan fashion doesn't actually follow what you originally wrote.

What this entails is the drink company gets lots of free advertising and the rodeo gets lots of product to give out to the contestants and staff. This rodeo was in the middle of summer with temps in the mid 90s fahrenheit. We had several contestants pass out and had to be sent to the ER because they were drinking lots of the energy drink but no water.

Multiple times. It took several trips to the ER where they just gave me a benzo and sent me in my way before someone thought to check my TSH levels which were crazy obviously. Now I have to take levothyroxine and metoprolol everyday.

    - Anecdotes divided in chapters: interesting cases, happy endings where there was little hope, patient behaviours
    - Cardiology explained through humour. Maybe there are lots of "cardiology for dummies" books out there, but your explanation methods are very likeable and easy to grasp, so I think you could bring something novel.

So most drug immunities are caused by bacteria being able to skip the affected step, whilst alcohol and soap cause lysis.
Think of it like a car journey, where the end destination results in cell division:
Antibiotics attack the route by destroying the highways and mining the roads. Resistance occurs when the bacteria finds a random backroad that still leads to the destination.
Soap and alcohol just nuke the car.
