Damn, brings back memories from years ago, I had a 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe that was so much fun. Torque and smoothness from the straight 6. It looked like a Batmobile, I loved it! 👍
Back when BMW’s were the ultimate driving machine. Great design, build quality, suspension tuning, steering feel, and N/A straight 6’s (what BMW does best!). Cant go wrong with a E46, E90, or E39 aswell
The BMW Z4 3.0si Coupe with a manual transmission (828 units in North America) is a standout rarity: - **BMW Z8**: Even rarer with 2,543 units in the U.S., underscoring the exclusivity of both models. - **Audi R8 V10 Manual (First Gen)**: The Z4 is rarer in North America among only 828 units. - **Chevrolet Corvette C6 ZR1**: Fewer units compared to the ZR1's 4,684 units, the Z4 Coupe maintains a unique appeal. - **Lotus Exige S (North America)**: With similar limited numbers, the Z4 highlights BMW's exclusivity among only 828 units. - **Dodge Viper (Final Gen)**: The Z4's scarcity outpaces this iconic American sports car's approximately 2,000 units, making it a prized addition for collectors and enthusiasts.
Yeah once I saw the video said 3.0si I clicked on it immediately lol. I always loved the rare trims they used to do. Growing up, my buddy always had the one offs, he had wolfsburg JTI and later a 330ci zhp, the zhp was so cool.
Did we forget what channel this was for? lol. I love the shape of these cars, they look soooo good. I will say there were more creaks from the inside than I expected, some of the noises like the signals and the seatbelt warning are surprisingly annoying. but I'd still be thankful to drive one. they just look so good!
Thanks for the video Chris. Just waiting for a few gaskets and the serpentine belt to replace on my 06 Z4 3.0Si convertible. I've been looking forward driving the damn thing since spring hit, this video is making it worse haha
I remember driving this and an E46 3 series and loving them other then the fact that the climate controls were annoying. I could never figure out how to get the ac or fan to turn on when I physically turned them on or up
So curious what this or an E46 ZHP 330i is like having learned manual on a 5-speed X5. Was actually fairly fun and interesting to learn on, but it was definitely a lot of car for just the 3.0L I-6. This or an E46 is the perfect size for it.
❤😂😢😮😅😊😊 nice Z for Beamer and don’t they have Z3 I like the 2002 with the hood opens towards the street. Those are nice or 1600. Those are nice. Nice videos. Keep up the good work peace take care. Have a good day.
I'll echo what everyone says about this being a Winding Road Magazine video... to be honest, that would actually be great, were it up to its usual quality standards. So much stuff is missing from it, sadly. Edit: At least some of it's at around 5:22, but still, stuff's missing.
The car left him speechless
bro accidentally uploaded the winding road video
Mr Steal ya content
What I was thinking lol
He stole his content

5:05 Dayum that turn signal is so loud, no wonder bmw drivers don't use them

New BMWs have loud turn signals, too!
N52 and m54 motors are soo smooth! Miss these engines from bmw

And that is why I love mine and will never let it go.

I have the same car, but automatic, the only that used to creak was the after market radio bezel, took the bezel out, now just good times.
About to get one of these. So excited for it.
I love this dash. Also how the inline-6 BMW sounds as well, specially from this era.
Such a clean sporty and luxurious dashboard / interior. Now we get highly reflective cheap iPads hacksawed into dashboards
I miss these 2000s BMWs
I love this car. Beautiful design, in coupe form.
I appreciate the return of some quiet content on here. Not all of us are subscribed to multiple channels like this
Go watch winding road magazine it is also Topher but silent
Topher, did this car sell? I see it was bid to $24,336. I've been looking for one of these and this example is very sharp. Thanks!
This, and the MX5 should be the perfect duo of dream cars 😊
I know someone who used to design the Alfa Romeo infotainment have one of this generation’s Z4Ms. It’s such a nice car from imo the golden era of BMW.
I see a Miata and two German Miatas at the end. Nice!
Love the look of this car plus really rare to see!

can you do a bmw z4 e89 video, i really like that car
Well damn, this was a treat for me
Interior looks slick for a 2003
How come you have no commentary during this video? Tell us about the car
I remember driving this and an E46 3 series and loving them other then the fact that the climate controls were annoying. I could never figure out how to get the ac or fan to turn on when I physically turned them on or up
No commentary today Mr. Topher?
Yeah these are super fun to drive. Better daily than my S2000, also more fun than the M version with the stupid heavy clutch and shifter, steering.
Great spec!
