Such a beatiful thing :3
I've always wanted to do ballet but my parents never let me.
same here...
Well why not?
Kottonkandy09 maybe the person’s parents think that ballet will ruin the person’s feet
Anonymous User oml no person with a brain would not put a child in ballet because it’ll ruin their feet for gods sake. Ballet doesn’t ruin your feet wtf
@@celia3601 My mom convinced me to get out of ballet bc she thought it would ruin my feet :/ She's just overprotective, I guess.
They really need to put their heels down when they plie, they're just shortening their Achilles
MissGGxox they aren't putting their heels down because they are doing grande plies.
MissGGxox I thought not putting your heels down was a thing, like in Balanchine training.
@@rosiex8805 It wasn't only the grand plies. At 0:25, many girls didn't put their heels down!
Can anyone recommend where to get a nice skirt like a lot of the girls are wearing? One of the short tapered chiffon ones, thanks!
Eleve Dancewear is a great place! You can get mesh skirts, patterned skirts or plain ones, like the girl in front at 1:04. Check them out!
Does anyone know the music in this?
+Feferi Peixes (Chris Worthington) Jeux d'eau by Maurice Ravel.
Does anyone know where I can get a skirt like the one the girls are wearing in the video?
bullet pointe, capezio,
At minute 00:45 the girl is wearing russian pointes
Does PNB not have a dress code for the SI?
I'm pretty sure they have a day (Saturday) where they can where any leotard they want. Same with a lot of other summer intensives:)
very nice, ladies.
Wow!
se eu morar aí quando crescer nessa cidade posso fazer ballet aí???
Ana Julia é em outro país fofinha
Nice dance
What kind of pointe does the girl at 0.46 wears?
Aurora Iachetta I think those are Russians😄
Aurora Iachetta Russian Pointes

This video makes me want to be a girl so bad!
Maryellen Cassy they actually make pointe shoes for men they are a great training and strength ing tool!!
Maryellen Cassy you don't need to be a girl. Men can boys can join ballet :)
Ok so now my only problem is developing my strength on pointe, I have all the extensions they have on pointe, so now I need to really work on developing my strength ok bye now!
Ich will auch so schön gebogene Füße haben😢😍
some of those girls are so tiny! :(
But I GmbH cf cf cf cf chest eyes rugby gaff FDTD need GGG
you shouldn't be doing barre work with pointe shoes. it may look nice, but all the demi-pointe and pointe work can kill the shank faster resulting in need of more shoes. it's just a way of saving a little more money and to have more freedom. with all means, pointe shoes look amazing on dancers who know how to use them, but they are expensive and i'm sure every ballerina knows what I mean
of course you should do barre work in pointe shoes to warm up your feet and your point shoes will break in just as fast in center as they would at the barre if not faster
You shouldn't avoid pointe barre just so you don't kill your pointe shoes faster! Pointe is expensive but they wouldn't be doing it if they couldn't afford to buy new shoes now and then.
Dancers almost always do barre work on pointe to warm up their feet in the center.
Marina Alexandreas pointe work at barre is essential to developing proper technique
A me non piace danza ..ma mi piace ginnastica artistica. E io lo pretico. ...danza e lenta e non mi. Piace
