Thank you for mentioning the Inara and Haven diminished returns. Each time i get a loss in ranked playing Inara there's always that one guy being like "Inara didn't buy haven, report for throwing."

Pip and grohk benefit from deft hands. Pip on mega potion because his card resets potion with damage. Grohk because it's faster to reload than to use a bunch of points to buff ammo/regen for his healing staff. Try it yourself.
If you are fighting against 2 shielded tanks buy deft hands cuz you wont be able to regen ammo fast. Grohk is melting shields like hell, i have realized this in the recent weeks.

it is useless if your enemy has wrecker. it isn't enough of a difference when wrecker is taking the shield down more than guardian is improving. hope that makes sense.
@@irisbailar3980You misunderstand. Makoa's shield is meant to take damage. Barrier reef refunds the cooldown based on how much damage it took. Deft Hands is good on Spirits Domain Grohk since its the most effective way to recover his ammo in that setup. The card is far less effective and your shock pulse has too long of a cooldown so its inefficient.
No, it's not. By default, Grohk's staff will naturally regenerate faster than if you allow the reload animation to transpire. You're dumping credits into an item that will ultimately bring his reload up to par with his natural regen, incurring the opportunity cost of not picking chronos, morale boost, etc. NEVER buy deft hands on Grohk.
@@anatithe5358 I mostly use Spirit's Grace and Crackle for the totems, since the speed is so good. As level 2 fillers, I have Thunderlord and Electrostatic. It provides good healing output, and once your staff is almost depleted, just take a quick breather to let it regen. Invest into chronos and morale boost for more totems and more ults. Deft hands is not necessary because, like I mentioned, recharging is faster than reloading by default, and that is even more the case with Electrostatic in your build. Deft hands 3 will allow the reload to finally become faster, but you could have bought morale boost 3 instead. Morale boost is FAR better on Grohk because he has one of the best ults in the game.

The best items to buy on Yagorath is Haven, Life Rip, and Resilience. Haven protection you in travel form and your headshot hitbox. Life Pip keeps you alive longer and with a self healing you will win most fights. Also life rip works with her acids spray and pools. and Resilience which works with the card Extermination Didn't buy Rejuvenate because you shouldn't be that close to your team to get much use out of it as you can't stand in the open on Yagorath as it is. Seriously, I had to tell people to stop following me while I was on Yagorath because they can't keep up and only putting themselves in dangerous situations or... and this is the key part GIVING AWAY MY POSITION!!! Do not buy Chronos. You may think it's a great idea. It is not. First the things you are using the most which is her quills and acid has cards that works better. And the things with the longest cooldowns you shouldn't be using that often. It is best to attack over using Hardening or Acceleration. Hardening isn't use for protection outside if some ultimates Acceleration should never be used from spawn be it is your projection ability. You have no idea how many Maeve players run after me thinking it is an easy kill only to die within seconds as self healing cards and life rip and she can't keep up with Yagorath. Even at self healing, she can't so enough damage to kill. Primal vision will let her know exactly where you are. Also her piercing quills go through everyone and shields and acid spray goes though people. It is always best to not aim at the person in front of you but aim though them to the person behind them. Also aim at people's feet. This will maximize damage output which Yagorath has the highest damage output of all frontlines with 1000 to 1100 damage per second per person because again Piercing Don't buy Morale Boost because you shouldn't be using your ultimate that much as it is. If I didn't say it here, that's because you shouldn't get it, your abilities does what it does, it isn't worth getting it, or you can't get it.
As a support, I'd still appreciate rejuv on a Yag. Periodically you have to fallback to team and it helps me get you back into the fight without using all my resources.
@@Chr0n0s38 as a frontline player who plays Yagorath, why would I waste a spot on rejuv when you should rarely see me like the other team should rarely know where I am. again why am I coming to you to help get Me back in the fight when I should go unseen by the other team. the only time they should see Me is for their death.
@@darkstalkerknight63 After a fight you're going to be low. Besides you only listed 3 cards and said anything else is bad. You have room for one more card.

@@AndrewChicken Hold on, you mean hold the little bit of charge left before it goes to over heat and regen from there?
@@anatithe5358 Yes, that's faster than letting it reload.
@@AndrewChicken TIL. Is the regen card even worth on staff heal then? Or the default regen rate should be fast enough.
Deft hands is also good on Grohk with SPIRIT'S DOMAIN which is still a bad talent
No, it's not.
@@AndrewChicken yes it is. it works with it by helping with up time.
@@darkstalkerknight63no its not
@@blastinnn the fact that it change one of your damage points into healing and had a hard lock on setup made it bad. it would force you to heal even when you are trying to do damage to the other team.
that is just bad
EVERY TANK need to buy rejuvenate no matter what not getting it is a massive throw
wait i always thought guardian increase defense against aoe attacks
noo, they changed this, used to be 1 item for AOE and 1 for Direct attacks.... now haven defends against both AOE and direct... while guardian increases shields
@@Madkid2784 Yeah, up until I commented on this, even the day before, I was still buying Guardian against AOE characters.
@@SlumberLand39 aww man, I think this changed about a year ago now
When they made cute passive
I miss cauterize as item
Too bad that the Payload game mode has been canceled! It was so cool and fun to play!
That's just wrong, who told you that?
@@AndrewChicken don't report somebody for buying a item not everyone a sweat like you an understand ever single champion talents an cards an what items to buy an how percentage works
@@AndrewChicken alot of people may know 15 or 20 out of the 58 champions
@@mikesimmerman4457 Not only is what you're saying totally unrelated to what this comment is about, but I also don't report people for buying items lmao. I joke about it (like reporting people who buy deft hands on Grohk), but I don't actually do it.
It was added back in.
You forgot to put seris on illuminate list
she isn't gone for long
The best items to buy on Yagorath is Haven, Life Rip, and Resilience.
Haven protection you in travel form and your headshot hitbox.
Life Pip keeps you alive longer and with a self healing you will win most fights. Also life rip works with her acids spray and pools.
and Resilience which works with the card Extermination
Didn't buy Rejuvenate because you shouldn't be that close to your team to get much use out of it as you can't stand in the open on Yagorath as it is.
Hardening isn't use for protection outside if some ultimates
Acceleration should never be used from spawn be it is your projection ability.
This will maximize damage output which Yagorath has the highest damage output of all frontlines with 1000 to 1100 damage per second per person because again Piercing
Don't buy Morale Boost because you shouldn't be using your ultimate that much as it is.
@@Chr0n0s38 that is after a fight, by the time they come back, I should be full health anyway. so again why waste a spot on rejuv.
even with a have another spot open, why waste in something that it on that.
@@Chr0n0s38 did you miss the part where I said "because you shouldn't be that close to your team to get much use out of it as you can't stand in the open on Yagorath as it is."
also after the changes recently " Hardening isn't use for protection outside if some ultimates " no longer apply.
now for all ultimates just use Acceleration .
Hardening is now just an attack and should never be use for protection in most cases.
Remake with the new items coming soon??
You bet! My goal is to have a new guide available within the next month or two. There's still a lot to test right now, but we'll get there eventually!
@@AndrewChicken Very nice, I have been watching you testing out some stuff like Guardian Torvald and Meditation Yago. I'm glad the items feel more impactful now, but I'm even more concerned than before that I'm not making the right choices every match.
i always buy aggression
Io recovers Luna faster with cronos but thats it.
Welp time to take this down and make another one
IF YOU ARE A TANK AND YOU HAVE A HEALER THEN GET REJUVENATE!!! NOT HAVEN!!! AND IF THERES A TANK WITH A STRONG SHIELD THEN GET WRECKER!!!!!!!!
My head hurts 🤕
The way He called Rei a low output healer 😥...
Even if i love rei it is kinda true if you compare her to someone like lillith and furia solar blessing, i wish they would buff the healing or rework the first talent to make it do more healing the more it bounce, you can use the card deft magic and her first or second talent and switch link between targets so you get your heals faster but she still has a low ouput healing and also not having a huge range on it
Does it need it with that ult charge and suport, while also being the hardest support to kill?
@@aaronblasco5190 rei hardest support to kill ? Lillith is worst
@@Chaton_Mignon as a Flank, how often do you win a 1v1 against a Rei?
@@aaronblasco5190 well everytime because almost all rei players i see are bad or mid, i maybe saw 2-3 time some good rei players but they were in my team, and the few ones in the ennemy team i was tank or support
I'm not new to the game but I'm dumb
Ibfeel dumb...where does he talk bout damage dealers?
No way did Andrew say rei is a low output healer
if you use these guides to come and get better like "maybe this loadout is what i need to get good" and you just still suck! :( have you maybe concidered that you just horrible at the game and it actually has nothing to do with the loadout but your skill issues??
?
Think it might be you😂
