Erin was like a normal girl when she first came on the show, and then she became the sweet bubbly girl that we all know and love. It’s great writing to have characters grow like this. People in offices do really change as they become comfortable at work.

Before that, he was just boring and mildly irritating anytime he was on screen, at least for me. The Flanderization of Kevin's character allowed him to shine, in my book. So Flanderization isn't always a bad thing. It can make boring characters more interesting, if you do it well and to the right character. Kevin was the right character.

I just love Toby, The way he was bothered initially in the background while he was on the phone, then the way he walks towards the glass, and the way he knocks, and don’t let me get to his facial expressions. Finally, his delivery of his line. It was just perfect!
Both of these man are so talented it’s unreal, from the singing, to the jokes and there skill with the instruments, it’s magical. but then again the whole cast has amazing talent.
The jam session is pure talent. First there is the acting. Then they max it out with their musical talent. Then add in some German...complete win on all levels.
This is so well written. They first have a little jam session. Once they notice Erin, they start to compete with one another to impress her. And finally, in the process of doing so, they just enjoy each other’s talent and company and continue their jam session.

This is so well written. They first have a little jam session. Once they notice Erin, they start to compete with one another to impress her. And finally, in the process of doing so, they just enjoy each other’s talent and company and continue their jam session.
My favorite part is listening to Dwight sing in German. Don't know why I really like the raspy part lol
