is there a way to clean the oil rings without pulling the piston? guessing the piston will need drilled?
The oil holes in the connecting rod go on the left if you're looking at the front on the motor, correct?

que tal maestro.. estoy armando mi motor..le saque el árbol de levas para cambiar los taques hidráulicos.. ayúdeme como le hago para poner la polea de levas y poder sincronizar el motor ...sera igual pistón 1 punto muerto superior y las válvulas del 1 cerradas ?? ayudeme por favor
Si en todos Los motores de 4 piston hasta arriba"punto muerto" i valvulas serradas

el año es 2006 mazda b 2200
Torque de bielas= 37 a 41 lbs
Torque de cabeza= 59 a 64 lbs
Torque de tapas de arbol i balancines= 13 a 20 lbs
Torque de tapas de cigüeñal= 61 a 65 lbs
Ajuste de valvulas
Escape .006 a .009
Admicion o intake .006 a .008

estos datos de torque que ud me da me ayudan mucho dado que tengo que armar el motor he intentado buscar el manual de taller de la mazda b 2200 2006 asta concesionaria mazda y tampoco me ayudan no cuentan con el manual .. puede ayudarme con el manual..si puede por correo ???

i have a 1988 mazda b2200 and changing wires for battie and starter. i cut the starter wire by accadent and now i cant figure out where it goes. can any on send a pic of how its wired
Henry Bohn you mean the big cable that goes from starter to battery? You can route that cable anywhere you want,just make sure it won't touch the exhausts
Henry Bohn there is 2 cables,the little one that goes from batterry to fuse box and the big that goes from battery to starter
Help I just buy one from de seller, but I can't keep it running when ever I get it started. Excellent video my boy. Also should I buy new carb or just try to clean the old one.
moses Andrews buy a new one, you’d have to rebuild the carb completely you can’t just clean it
@@phoenixfreeman1835 update, I manage to get it running again, after so many hours. And it is staying on, after I rev it up a few good times, next thing is, i notice that my exhaust is not coming out the pipe at all. I have never seen anything like that before, it's only coming out in the front where it keep hitting me in my face. I need help this is my first time dealing with a carb motor of this size besides my scooter an the nitro cars.
@@phoenixfreeman1835 also where can I get a good carburetor for this truck, a Japanese one, not sure if I want to do the web carb. Does you or anybody you know, have any idea on how to get rid of so many vacuum lines while still using the stock carburetor.
Sounds like a clogged catalytic or muffler
Yes u can delete lots of vacuum lines and easier for you to take it over a pro so they can rebuild that carb! Before I did the fuel injection swap on my b2200 i sent it over to get it rebuilt for $120 dollars nd man what a difference

Yo me pongo 10-40 o full syntetico i cambio de aceite cada 4mil millas
pasa que mañana llega el motor de la rectificadora ...y lo tengo que armar..tengo 22 dias de un taller electromecanico y es mi primera reparacion ..por eso le pregunto..es una mazda b 2200 año 2006 gracias

Way more than 300k km. I would say easily 300k miles which is almost 500k km.
Mine has 210k miles and it runs like new.

+JM8686 no worries, it's a mazda bravo 2.5L turbo diesel. And it's The mechanical pump that is beside The engine.

one of your crank pulley bolts was missing! there are six! imbalanced i'd guess!

For some reason one is always broken off and it always happens before you take ownership. One small bolt that close to the crank won’t cause any balance issue, especially considering half of it is still there😂
