2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD - Idler Pulley Replacement on the Duramax.

- Last year - one of my idler pulleys locked up - and it ended up eating the accessory belt. I am going to be heading to the mountains for a couple of trips - so in order to get the truck ready for the trips - I am going to be doing some preventative maintenance. This includes replacing the other idler pulley on the accessory drive. You really should replace both at the same time - so that it won't leave you stranded.

I got a Question do you remember the battery navigation video can you install in a 1500 Chevy Silverado
Are you talking about the Escalade Navigation kit? Here is the video link: ruclips.net/video/55KvqncaDFs/видео.html
Yes the escouade radio
Was the lower pulley a massive PITA to swap out?
Lower was a pain - but that's because it was 40* and raining out - and the truck was dead outside in a parking lot.
Install otherwise was just about the same.
