- Interview with Disney comics writer and artist Don Rosa, made by Fievel A. Elliott in 2000.
The last part of the video clip originally had the theme from Indiana Jones as an audio overlay. For copyright reasons, this has been replaced in this version, however. Featured now is the track "Forest Adventure" by artist "Bruce", followed by the track "Violin in Race" by the same artist. Both these tracks are released 2011 under a Creative Commons license. - Развлечения
what an awesome artist and interesting person. I love art
That was really interesting. Grew up loving his duck stories. Fascinating to see the man himself.
Don seems like an incredibly smart and humble person. I hope he knows how important the LATOSM is.
Thanks you, this is really great. I hope I could put my hands on the new danish documentary.
He is right about the father to son thing. My dad introduced me to Disney Comics and I grew up with them just like him.
16:06 "My sister, who was 11 years older than me...and she still is, somehow" Funny stuff.
lol
He says that a lot. Must be a running joke of theirs or something.
he was 49 here. he looked so old back then there's no differnece between then and now and now he's 65
I wonder what Mr. Elliott is doing nowadays? I remember helping him on some of the research for this interview - that must have been back in 1999 or 2000 when I was the maintainer of the info-mail-address at duckhunt. The sync is still not so good, but all the info in this 1 hour 45 minute interview is still very valuable :-)
This is a important historical interview. But then again I am from norway 🇳🇴
This was Filmed 22 Days before the original Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck comic book creator Carl Barks died at the age 99
What an interview. Great questions and great answers.
love from China❤
Here in Holland both my parents had a Donald Duck subscription when they were young and me and my brother had too, never realized Donald duck is so much bigger here in europe than in the usa
*The Funy Part is, even Adolf loved Donald Duck and the whole Disney Family, that shows that he was not a Psychopath like Stalin ;)*
*This was the first Donald Movie in Germany 26. Februar 1935: The Wise Little Hen*

*But as we know, Adolf watched a lot more private, he was one of the biggest Disney-Junkies ;)*
He banned Disney. But so did communists. All of Europe hated Mickey Mouse. And that is why they created classic bande dessinee like lucky Luke, spirou, asterix, Smurfs, and Tintin, a Nazi favorite.
Teddy Roosevelt was a maniacal Imperialist XD at least he realized that others would see that mad man as he was. Why was he in Panama at all?
Anyway very neat artifact
What’s wrong with imperialism? Btw, why are foreigners in Europe?
