I deliver right under a door frame. I know I don't hit my hand on the frame while bowling. I have been doing it for years. Like more than 10 years and one fine day I was somehow so worried about hitting my hand on the door frame and breaking it. It was in the middle of a spell where I had been bowling for like 15 minutes. I could not bowl a single ball for the next 5 minutes.
