Exactly. After I got divorced or when my husband got locked up is when I put myself through school. He did not even attend my graduation of trade school. I worked at the school part-time and then another job. But after I got with my current fiancée is when we changed jobs and I went to the various units now I work full-time and get a pretty good check weekly. He left the company but I am staying put for the time being. I might transfer if I want to be around family current location we don't have family in this city.
I want her to SUE them too. Her ex husband got half of her assets in the divorce settlement. Once its proven WHY he married her (marriage fraud) and that he framed her (framing innocent person for a crime is a crime itself) I could imagine the courts ordering him to give her all of it back with probably some extra on top for pain and suffering. My fantasy is him having EVERYTHING sued away from him and ending up on the street as a beggar literally scrounging in garbage cans for food. I hated him (and the father) THAT MUCH.
Story is fake, but it sounds like she probably did. Her ex came to her new house and she called the cops because he wasn't allowed to be near them. It went from her not being able to to him not being able to. Only reason I can think of that is she was able to prove what he did to a judge.
She absolutely should have sued, especially since she was opening up her own auditing company. Also, the bank as well as all of the other banks should know. Plus, the three that framed her should've gotten judgement. In the beginning I get that she didn't have the money to sue, however if she had the money she should have made sure that they couldn't do something like that to anyone again!
It's India. Do you know how sexist the law is out there? It doesn't matter how much money she's got, she's the "wrong" gender. She has to be content with the fact her family and ex now knows they can't manipulate her anymore because it's the only way she can win out there.
@@A_mando1911 Civil claims also have statutes of limitations. Usually they are even less than criminal charges. There’s only one crime that doesn’t have a limitation in most countries - murder
Op needs to press charges. She now knows who committed fraud in her name and should sue them all in order to recover the money lost and the income during all those years.
Any parent would want their kid to succeed in life. But, OP´s father went out his way to sabotage OP´s successful career just because he wanted her to follow the same career as him. That's disgusting to no end.
Initially, I was thinking that while OP was working as the banker, she could put herself through college further to get whatever degree she'd need to become a professor that teaches accounting. Thus being able to do both. Her family and ex screwed that possibility & they deserve to suffer for the rest of their lives while OP & her kids move on happily without them. My new suggestion is for OP to have her auditing company offer internships to college accounting students, to help grow her business and help the students get real world experience. It would definitely help her business grow long term.
No. You need to live well AND rub it in to the people who wronged you so they SEE how rich you are AND screw them out of THEIR money so that they are broke and homeless and having to live with the fact that the money you took from them made you EVEN RICHER. Just "living well" is fine revenge for a bully that picked on you in grade school and maybe even for her sister who was a terrible person to her but did not know about the conspiracy and genuinely believed she was a thief but what her father and husband did to her was light years beyond the pail. She needed to totally ruin them. I posted above that being a millionaire now she should have gotten in touch with some shady street thug types that the mafia uses as enforcers and paid them handsomely to brutally beat up her father and ex husband, and leave them as disfigured cripples.
This could have been a true story But when the janitor was the one bribed to transfer the very large sum of money to the forged account, that would not be possible for the janitor to do! How dare they name the janitor, probably the hardest working, most honest employee at the bank, as the guilty party. A coworker who wanted the promotion or was jealous of her, would have been a better culprit.
NOT ENOUGH of a REVENGE. I wanted to see her press CRIMINAL CHARGES against her father and ex husband for the conspiracy to frame her for robbing the bank and see them get some years in prison for it AND I wanted to see her ruin her sister in some way, see to it that she ends up homeless and impoverished and scrounging for food in garbage cans. I think I have a more vindictive personality than the main character in this story.
@@JP-eh4ee I learned from the OJ Simpson trial that CIVIL and CRIMINAL court have different rules. I hope she can go after them CIVILLY. If I was her AND the law allowed for that I would sue them for as much as possible just to ruin their lives even if I did not need the money myself.
You have to remember she updated her post a couple of years later . She starts off saying her sister is 24 and after couple updates it would make her sister like 26
It’s all fake. Too many irrelevant details, every single point of view is is written the exact same way, same absolute filler background to gain time, same cadence, same affectations. It’s all written by the same people
I’d not only still sue, but I’d put in a recorded interrogation a second time between the family to have enough evidence to put them in jail for lying.
They opened an account in her name and put A LOT of money into it. The husband or the father had all the info needed to do that. Guess they didn't use that and the bank got it back. Guess if it was used she would've went to jail. Glad that she was able to turn her life around and get her kids back. She doesn't need those toxic people in her or the boys life.
@@ZanyB1223Yeah, I think it is made up too. If the janitor at a bank can open accounts in someone else's name a fill it with money from the bank, that bank needs an audit. There are too many audit trails in banking for that to be possible.
@@Brirend My bank accidentally put money from a different person in my account whose account number was transposed by two digits and who had a first AND last name eerily similar to mine. The person didn't miss the money and I was the one who realized my balance was too high. I had to go and convince them that they made a mistake before the person tried to draw cash that wasn't there. No one could figure out how it happened and no one apologized as far as I know. There may be audit trails but only if you look for them. If they thought they had the culprit, then why bother to look further. Banks used to allow things that they don't anymore so I dont' know how old this story is. People could claim they were family and wanted to put money in someones account as a gift or stuff like that. and well meaning tellers would give them the account number because there can't be anything WRONG with adding money to someone's account for them, Right? The only thing that doesn't make sense is the money being missing from other accounts. Someone on the inside had to help with that. Maybe the Dad Paid someone else at the bank Too.
@@MetqaThey could be saying it was the janitor, just in case she takes it to court. Without fully knowing what happened, her name wouldn't be cleared.
I would say that OP should go public with what her father and Bandhu did, and drag the family name through the mud. I have seen what those kinds of teachers can do, and nothing good can come from what they can teach.
Because it's a story, it doesn't have to make real world sense. Like watching a movie or show, you don't actually wonder how something happens, it's just part of the plot.
@@jamiesatyr1309 Totally realistic, eh? Janitors automatically know how banking systems work and are able to bypass any security and authorizations required to just randomly put money in an account to get someone fired (but NOT ARRESTED for some reason)
I'm going to guess the explanation will be: The bank eventually sorted things out regarding the missing money, however, the circumstances of the bank account and its creation weren't troublesome enough to fully investigate. In other words, the bank probably reached the point of "the money in it is good and we still think it's yours, but it doesn't look good so we're not giving you your job back."
@@MrBeevee5 Go easy on them. I'm sure many of these commenters know it's made up also. But many people find it's fun to pretend it's real. Like people screaming at a scary moment in a horror film. Or crying at a sad scene even though we know the puppy didn't actually die.
Except it fell short of justice for the evil mastermind aka father. Updates months and years apart sure is the long game in storytelling. I wonder how many stories are left in progress because the author got hit by a bus or got bored and forgot.
@@wambutu7679 Some might know yet play along, some newbies might take it seriously at first, and some might call it out especially when stories have self contradiction. I am too lazy to spare a lot of words in treating fiction as real.
Op should press criminal charges against her ex and father, and show her old work the evidence of what her father and pathetic ex did, basically drag through the mud so they won't be able to show their face let alone teach
Unfortunately in India, still today, what a father or/ and husband do to a daughter/ wife isn't considered to be a crime but a right, so the law itself makes it impossible for them to be taken to court.
I wanted that. I posted above that I wanted them getting PRISON for that conspiracy against her and if the statute of limitations had expired (not sure how that kind of thing works in other countries) maybe suing them in CIVIL COURT. Imagine that, she is already wealthy and her father and ex husband end up broke and slaving away at some menial job with most of the money being paid to her as restitution even though its only a tiny percentage of her new wealth, just to make them suffer. I also wanted her sister to end up homeless and destitute. If I had been the OP I would have tried to find a way to ruin her life just for spite.
I would start a school called the "Rachna the bitch school for kids who can't read good" with my lottery winnings. LOL. I've seen a couple of these stories about people sabotaging their kids because they didn't follow the family tradition of working in a specific field. I mean it would be cool to have a kid follow in the same vocation as you but not at the expense of their dreams or the suppression of their natural talents. This is especially weird because teaching is suppose to be a career based on nurturing someone's abilities. I don't think a man should be a teacher that doesn't believe their should be other jobs in the world. 😒
My most curious thoughts: Where did the missing money at the bank go? Anyone discover the discrepancy? FBI AND SECRET SERVICE should have been auditing and investigating bank fraud, robbery, and malfeasance. Stolen Identity, and Father paying bribes to a janitor to put money into daughters accounts to set her up for fraudulent banking?. So... just how does a janitor manipulate the accounts?
@@guardsmanwithcripplingdepr4594 it is if you agree to it. Prenuptual is the agreement you make about the marriage and if she signed saying that assets would be split then that's what happens. She probably never expected her husband to leave her or be greedy so it seems silly NOT to sign something , but the person with more money always has something to lose if the prenup specifies and even split. If she signs it, It is legal. It used to be a common story where well to do men got suckered into it by fiances who intended to stay home, jobless and then claim something foul to get a divorse and gain assets from the man they never really loved.
I was 'just a teacher'. There were pupils who couldn't cover their books, so I bought a few rolls of brown paper and plastic and invited all the children to come in before school and during breaks to cover books, which they did (and with much laughter and discussion). But one child went home and complained because I was pointing out his lack of funds. Senior pupils, at that time, had to take an external exam in a minimum of six subjects. At the end of the year, I had the perfect revenge: this young boy passed only my subject.
As a teacher you should know that in India they go by the class system and teacher is kinda low on the totem pole. It is the desire but most parents for their children to do better than them. But not so much better than them them because that makes them look bad.

Normally I would say gambling when you're at your rock bottom is a dumb, reckless move but op had nothing left to lose. So I guess this is the exception. This story reads like a Cinderella story but minus the evil step-family. This story just gives a little more proof that having a master's degree doesn't make a person smart. Op should have done more investigation into the people that should have supported her but they didn't. With great success, comes an army of haters. It's too bad that no one warned op the dangers of being a highly educated and successful person. It sounds like they only cared about op when she was making good money. I think scorched earth revenge was appropriate given everything op went through. Op's father, ex husband and the janitor deserve prison time for what they did.
I'm just a bit confused because it reads like the only evidence OP had was overhearing her father on the phone and him admitting things to her without any witnesses. Then again, I live someplace where "it's not what you know that matters, but what you can prove in court." Did anyone trace any of the money that was in any of the accounts or did they all just go, "hmmmmm some money is missing and you have a bank account that has a bunch of recently-deposited money in it. We don't know what happened to the other money or where this money came from, but I guess that means you did it!" Can I know which bank system this is so I can ensure my money never gets placed in their institution? lol

I don’t understand why OP has been out of a job and never tried to clear her name, she started drinking and watched everything taken away from her and she moved back home then decided to go back to school. I understand that she was blacklisted from working as an accountant but she could find other jobs. Instead she stays home feeling sorry for herself. I understand feeling depressed at first but this continued for years. Going back to school takes money and time. She needs to get her financial situation together. This sounds pathetic, hope she turns her life around. About winning the lottery, this does not happen to everyone and would not be realistic as a plan to fall back on.
India culture is f up. It's so f up that the law is made that what get father did to her is considered a right because he fathered her. Also wouldn't be surprised, since it was a small town, that her family had a hand in her not being able to find work. India is not a western country with western laws
The world does need more teachers, but they should be able to choose if they want to be a teacher or not forced upon them because it’s what’s done in the family
She had have try to get the ex husband to admit the plan they did so the father can lose his job too if the ex husband wants a Lester sentence or something or record the audio of them two admitting what they did
I hate that they never got criminally prosecuted or if the statute of limitations expired (not sure on how the timing of that works in other countries) then sued in civil court. I did NOT feel that she got enough of a revenge on her family. She also needed more of a revenge on her sister. If I were her I would fully and absolutely disown EVERYONE in that family except for her sons and it would be for the rest of their lives and I would not even attend their funerals after they die if they die before me. What is more, if they fall on hard times and end up homeless or impoverished themselves I would take special care to make sure that my charity that I set up to help impoverished people does not help THEM at all. I am THAT VINDICTIVE.
The cops and bank should have done a thorough investigation on who really took the money. You deserve to know the truth. It had to be someone associated with the bank.
I love your Plan and I’m glad you have your life back. Block your whole family call the cops. Next time they come to your house they treated you horribly and now they want you back. It doesn’t work that way.
OP equates money with success the same way her family does. She also refuses to fight for her future and depends on alcohol and gambling to make things better. That's not a good look for anyone. In the real world, winning the lottery almost never happens.
There was a name on the account, so they stopped investigating. Janitors often have access where they shouldn't as a lot of idiots don't lock their computers.
I was a janitor for 9 years in office buildings and schools I got a master keys that opened everything except for the server rooms and people leave their log in info on post it notes 🤦🏽♂️
Man old man that's where you got me really really pumped up in the point that I was feeling so bad for for the old P. However I'm curious after you got your life back together did you make your dad and your ex-husband's pay the price to defame you to treat you like crap for 10 years and then lie about it? I really hope blood or no blood I really hope you reported this to the authorities I have your dad serve time to eat is reserved. He doesn't deserve anything else secondly. Put a restraining order in place so that none of these family members that were never helping you or ever allow posed to you or your children because it's not worth the headache that they will bring forward. I really hope that you made your dad pay the price as well
Your parents should be supporting you not tearing you down. Sometimes people have bumps in the road and they need to get back to school bashing. The person does not help.
You need to stop saying that signing prenups mean that you are entitled to a payout you will have people thinking that is how it goes. When you sign a prenup it means you get nothing in a divorce.

I have gone through a similar situation with my family. And while I still have very little to do with other relatives, I only consider my son as my only family, (hence the distinction between "family" and "relatives").
*I had to live with my parents until I was 27 and got married. I couldn’t get a job because of epilepsy, but because of that, they took advantage of me being home all the time.* They made me do everything (dishes, laundry, floors, etc), and if something wasn’t done then I’d get yelled at. My little sister even moved out, but while working, she’d come over for lunch, make mac’n cheese, leave half of it on the stove and not clean up after herself. And if I didn’t clean up her trash and leftovers, I’d get in trouble (even though it wasn’t my mess!). Also, cooking wasn’t the best thing to do in case I had a seizure, so instead of giving me easy things I could make, they’d give me their leftovers. When my hubby saw how everyone treated me like trash, he took me away from them as fast as he could! We got married, and he took me into a completely different state!!! (He spoils me a lot 🥰) My family eventually saw everything pileup and no one wanted to clean up after themselves. They all started to yell at each other, and a lot of food went to waste because they had to throw away everything in the fridge because nobody wanted leftovers. My hubby and I just laughed saying, “that’s what they get!”
Ya know, this is actually a Cinderella story. I’m thrilled for her. My sister was 15 years older than me, my brother 5. It’s not the same thing at all, but in the end, they can eat all of their words. I was the youngest of 3. Both of my siblings were stick figures, while I got Grandma Freeman’s body. My father, a PTSD WWII vet and was abusive never said anything until my sister and brother started their s**t. I was 6-7 years old. I was shamed, made fun of. My brother beat the crap out of me, while my older sister would say right in front of me, “Mother, are you going to let her eat that?”, all the freaking time. I grew up with such a complex that it did so much to me. Very long story short, probably because karma is real, my sister ended up being EXTREMELY overweight, my brother?, well let’s just say he’s in own penance for the rest of his life for things 99.9% of the people wouldn’t do. I’m 62, and I’m very slender even after 3 kids. I actually thank them cuz they made the person I am today. People would continually say to me, “why don’t you say anything?. She absolutely deserves it”. No, I’m better than that. Just like what they said to me, I know how it feels. I’m not that way. You don’t need to say anything. They already know, and I’m just not that way. Sometimes, just sometimes, karma can hit you in the ass.
Why do people think "They wouldn't do something like that to me! I'm family!" ? Family will stab you in the face and tell you that YOU caused it! For something like this? It'd be prison time.
Giving a homeless people a place to stay might fireback, because bandhu and her family might get Homeless and without you knowing it they are profiting from your kindness, which seems counter productive as a revenge and other people will frown up on the fact there is possibly homeless group that wouldn't be allowed to do join the program, so in the light of this you could donate to make a wish foundation so other people's wishes can come true
I think that if this story is true... The bank and the people who use that bank have some big problems. I mean, a janitor had enough access to open an account, syphon money from somewhere and put it in that account. Yeah, she should be suing her father, ex-husband and the bank in a big way.
My guess is she did. Obviously it's just a story, but the part where she got her ex arrested because he wasn't allowed near their kids makes me think she did. Before she wasn't allowed near them, so for it to switch to he isn't tells me something big happened. If she just used her money I'd think it would be shared custody, but with this I think op proved it to a judge and did this.
OP is still responsible for not taking control of her life and getting her act together, rather than blaming other people for her woes. Why didn't she open a case and have the bank and bank transfer investigated, in the first place? Bandhu did not take OPs children away from her. OPs drinking and irresponsible behaviour (ie no money, no job, not paying for school, not looking after her children) were the cause for her loosing her children. OPs life may have sucked, but she was responsible for her own behaviour/actions. The only thing she was a victim of, was being framed at the bank. And, having a bunch of crappy, selfish, unloving (users) people in her life. OK. After final update: father and Bandhu are absolute criminal a--holes! Maybe OP should use some of her money to put those 2 misogynists in their place and to teach them to stay in their own lanes. Hopefully they will never be able to see OPs' boys, ever again. Maybe the sister could be useful in a laundromat, somewhere? And, thankfully, no innocent children will be taught by or influenced by those morally inept people. I hope OP never lets anything ever get in the way of her family, her happiness or her plans, ever again. Wishing OP all success in her new venture with housing for less fortunate people. OP, I am so sorry that you had to go through so many trials and tribulations in your life. I am happy to hear that you were ultimately strong enough to pull yourself out of the spiral you were in and turn things around for yourself and your boys. And, now you have gotten to a place where you can be a philanthropist/mentor for others.
The problem with OP here is that she's too open to her family. She knows what they are doing to her yet she still keeps explaining things to them. OP needs to learn how to work in silence and strike when the time is right. She's showing her cards too much to her family.
Honestly, this is just so much BS. Were it real, she would have utterly destroyed all involved. I'd see my father rot and die in jail, with all his assets claimed by me as compensation. The same for the ex, except I would also demand the return of everything he gained in the divorce, a claim for all the lost earning, and lose custody of any remaining underage kids, and be forced to owe compensation. Personally I might also consider seeing if he could be castrated in jail :) As for the Bank, I'd go utterly nuclear on them for the unfair dismissal. It was their procedures that failed. It was one of their employees involved. It was them that effectively got her black listed. I'd go for all those years of lost earning, at least tripled for loss of advancement.

How dare they name the janitor, probably the hardest working, most honest employee at the bank, as the guilty party. A coworker who wanted the promotion or was jealous of her, would have been a better culprit.
Reality is unrealistic. Fiction has to make sence. Everything OP thinks she knows is from an overheard conversation.
Lazy writing is why.
Some people are just weak like that.
Maybe because of the time, it's been 10 years unfortunately.

Anyone else thinks this story has a few holes? It's how an accounting bollywood movie would go.
From the sister’s high school graduation at 24, it all went downhill 😢
A lot of his stories are fake. But don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story
It’s all written by the same people
A few holes?? Swiss cheese is more solid then this story
But they had the janitor do it. They didn't do it themselves. That makes no sense.
@@mimiadams247 Yh.. Sounds like a made up story to me😅
@@ZanyB1223Yeah, I think it is made up too.

I would say that OP should go public with what her father and Bandhu did, and drag the family name through the mud. I have seen what those kinds of teachers can do, and nothing good can come from what they can teach.
Story 1
So someone moved money into an account in her name and it disappeared? HOW?
Also, that is fraud. Why didnt the bank prosecute?
Yes that was really weird. I worked at a bank for 10 years. So there are protocols in place.
The janitor was involved? 😆

OMG!!! What in irony!!! ...he got EXACTLY what he asked for....a TEACHER 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Too bad she couldn't get bandu and her dad in court to confess with her losing her job that they was part of it
Unfortunately in India, still today, what a father or/ and husband do to a daughter/ wife isn't considered to be a crime but a right, so the law itself makes it impossible for them to be taken to court.
So... just how
does a janitor manipulate the accounts?
Some of these stories sound so fake like they were written by 12 year olds with no grasp on the real world
I agree. This story sounds fake
the janitor didn't manipulate an account the story clais he put money in the bank under her name.
I knew this was fake when I heard op said she lost half of her assets in the divorce after signing a pre-nup...not how that works in the slightest

Then again, I live someplace where "it's not what you know that matters, but what you can prove in court."
Did anyone trace any of the money that was in any of the accounts or did they all just go, "hmmmmm some money is missing and you have a bank account that has a bunch of recently-deposited money in it. If op is doing so well in life then why is she still having anything to do with her toxic family story1
Cultural
Giving a homeless people a place to stay might fireback, because bandhu and her family might get Homeless and without you knowing it they are profiting from your kindness, which seems counter productive as a revenge and other people will frown up on the fact there is possibly homeless group that wouldn't be allowed to do join the program, so in the light of this you could donate to make a wish foundation so other people's wishes can come true
Somehow i feel like bandhu felt he didn't get enough money so he stole the money secretly in her name
So, did the OP clear her name?
I think that if this story is true... The bank and the people who use that bank have some big problems. I mean, a janitor had enough access to open an account, syphon money from somewhere and put it in that account. Yeah, she should be suing her father, ex-husband and the bank in a big way.
just one question here? Why did'nt she inform the police what her father and ex-husband did. It really sounded like they were behind the missing funds
Bad OP for comparing dog 🐕 to your ex, dogs are loyal.
