Hey idk if you do this or not but I'm 5'11 at 14 but I do plyos and every morning I wake up I stretch my legs and do 50-100 calf raises.
It will hurt for abit but after awhile it'll feel fine but you will notice a increase in your vertical after 6 months 🙏
