This is awesome to see and hear two of the greatest harmonica players Jason Ricci and Will Wilde on the same stage. 3 cheers to both of them for getting together and making it happen. And the band is great as well. Thanks for posting this video.

I took a seminar at SPAH and was told that the harmonica player was the least important member of the band. I made a comment, "Not if it is your band". These guys prove that in this video!!

I loved that you both genuinely tried to start off slow, but the two beasts could not be contained! Wow! This was like Jackie Chan finally doing a fight scene with Jet Li. Such an excellent meeting of two innovative and unique artists. I can only imagine how you both felt during this intense exchange.

I'm guessing that Will was playing his Will Wilde tuned harp while Jason was playing in standard tuning. If so, it's even more amazing that they were playing the same runs so we could hear how it sounds in the two different tunings.
That's right, low F harp in Wilde Tuning, Jason is playing a standard F harp.

Thanks I appreciate it, it wasn't supposed to be a competition though we were just jamming. I'm sure Jason can do plenty of stuff I can't do and vice versa, we're two very different artists but there is a mutual respect between us for sure.
