What if the dots are very dark and instead of floating they shifting? Is it a sign of retinal detachment?

The rentinal problems are largely due to myopia because of the elongation of the eyeball pulling the retina forward.

I mean if you get new persistent floaters or anything, you should get your eyes checked out in case.

I'm 42 years, recently I noticed my right eye floaters problems exactly as per your video explanation, almost one month passed but it's still the same problem. I'm NRI not in India here its difficult to get eye specialists, but I can manage to bring medicine ftom India as per your advice. Please suggest me what to do.

@@swapnilganguly5856 Its more than two years for you is they increased in size or quantity in two years how is your life going with that I'm asking because I from one weak I have noticing it and my doctor suggest me to go to retina specialists cause I have other symptom also I'm seeing flash lights pls share you experience of this two years if you don't mind thanks
