"I'm not sure why, but...we don't believe in Jesus." That really seems to sum it up. I can't imagine how exciting it is when a Jewish person gets the revelation He really IS the Messiah!
The Bible says why. Daniel and Romans talk about it. As long as the Jews reject Jesus, salvation is available to the gentiles. When the 'age of the gentiles' is over, then Jesus will purify Israel through the 'times of Jacob's troubles' aka the Tribulation, and finally rescue and redeem Israel. Then God's Kingdom begins on Earth. The 'age of the gentiles' ends when Israel regains control of Jerusalem, including the Temple Mount which begins Tribulation. The Antichrist will bring a false world peace by making a 7 year treaty with Israel giving them control of the Temple Mount allowing them to rebuild the Temple and have sacrifices. 3.5 years into it he breaks the treaty and assembles all the nation's of the world against Israel. Israel calls on Jesus, and Jesus saves them.
Thank you brother Erez Soref for all that you have shared . I am One for Israel. Thank the Lord for the gospel of Messiah being spread to the jewish people by Jewish Believers in Jesus. Thanks to all for the hard work and faithfulness to fulfill His commission.

@@marguerittetashlitsky2095 Yes In Isaiah 41:8 the prophet clearly says that Israel is the servant. To know who the servant is you should read Isaiah 1 - 52. In Fact all the places where Isaiah use the term "servant" he refers to Israel as one nation. You have to read Isaiah to find out who Isaiah says is the servant. You can't read you beliefs into Isaiah. Isaiah never refers to the servant as Jesus/ Yeshua. Only Israel is called the servant according to Isaiah. If the servant was Jesus/Yeshua Isaiah would have told us so. But he never did. Read Isaiah in context you will see Jesus is nowhere found in Isaiah.

It is so hard to risk upsetting fathers and mothers. But they need to hear the Word too, so that they may be saved. I have atheists in my family that will not let me speak the name of God and Jesus, and this hurts me deeply. I have friends in the Jewish community, who I care about. May God bless your works.

If you want to understand who is being referred to in Isiah 53 you need to read chapter 52 and 54. It makes it abundantly clear it is talking about the nation of Israel and the Jewish people as a whole.

Catholic bible it has all the books 7 more books than protestant bibles. Talk about Jewish laws in other 7 books in New Testament.

For the second part of your question, Jewish people do have the Old Testament, the Tanakh. :)
Because they thought He was fake lots of fake ppl said they were the Messiah. I think they think Gentiles are pagan and we're just worshipping some man instead of Messiah. My family is Jewish from Bavaria and Rhineland I can go back to 1400 and I always thought God was God and Jesus was only for ppl that like to shout and He was of God but idk the Messiah until I saw Him when I drowned etc then again I seen miracles like Old Testament miracles Thank you Jesus (Yeshua) for helping Jews and lost tribes
Why? Here is the reason:
Matthew 28:12-15 (New International Version)
12 When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, 13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ 14 If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” 15 So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.
It goes way back when Jesus was there. He threatened a way of life . The leaders and everything that they had and fought for was in jeopardy. Old, set in doctrine institutions don't like change. They didn't want ro open their minds.. the idea of the trinity was too much. They weren't waiting for a Heavenly kingdom but a real one.
It is no secret that Jesus is not Messiah
