Japanese GT racing rules! So many great drivers and somehow this series manages to often have great racing. Suzuka is easily one of greatest circuits in world too :) so much fun to watch and drive on sims
I've wondered that too. I think it may have something to do with the shared monocoque with Toyota, Nissan, and Honda. Which incidentally, would be the same structures DTM uses.
+YTNG MTT Due to the Unified rules of Super GT and DTM, they are equally matched and balenced. Super gt and DTM owners trying to make a race of both series in 2017 or end of 2016

The 2014 spec SuperGT with that cornering speeding eye bleedingly quick!! Far cry from the old SuperGT.
Cornering speeds are not that different its the power. Old N/A cars produced about 500 hp. These cars put out more than 600hp. Aero is about the same

Yes. All of the GT-Rs are converted to RWD as mandated by the rules.
Why are those GT500 cars left-seated since these are japanese cars ^^ or are there more left hand corners on japanese Racing tracks?

And now SuperGT gonna use Class 1 Regulation which is using front engine in 2020 and DTM and SuperGT had do collab in Fuji speedway.

sulaiman nyelenkeh I believe that IMSA wanted to have a DTM/GT500-like series in America, but who knows when that would actually come to fruition.

イギリスのバトンと日本のバトン(実は同い年)のバトルが今年も見れると思ったのに惜しい。しかし500を外れたからと言って300に行くタイプのドライバーでもないし今年は何するんだろう。
