The next HL game needs to take a page out of FromSoft's game design with how they implement truly hidden areas and secrets, which result in such rewarding exploration.
They went for a more realistic architecture for Hogwarts in HL, but I think they could have made the castle with more and deeper secrets. For example, they could have made more portraits with secret passages like the one activated by Accio and more dungeons like the secret way to Hogsmeade.
Takes me back, these were the days I’d stay up way too late and play this till I had to go to school hahaha. Lol also, I wish I could tell someone at Avalanche to bring back the instant cast Alohomora so I don’t have to play a lockpicking minigame to use the unlocking spell lol.
I could not agree more with your summary at the end. I feel goblet really turned people off the potter games. And people then didn’t give ootp and HBP a chance. Outside 4,7,8 they’re some great and then just good to really good fun movie games. In terms of this game. You start to see the seeds of some of goblets flaws here. It is very restrictive and doesn’t really allow you to explore to the end and the endless mouse bashing and waves can become annoying but the transfiguration challenges the best out of any game. Can’t wait to see your list official list video seeing how your list would compare to mine
Great video as always, but it left me with mixed feelings. Dont really know how i feel now, i know theres a few games left but this kinda feels like the end of journey now that all the main games are done. I guess we shouldnt be sad it is over but happy cause it happened!

One of the best Harry Potter Games I know of and enjoyed it greatly. For the Kentec needs about 1-1.5 meters to work

Honestly, it kind of hit me there at the end too! Hopefully we still have many more Potter games to come.
I never had problems with the game, maybe because I loaded it from disk
