The key word that Galaxy's Edge has been missing is "Immersion" and this Rise of the Resistance ride seems to have it, they need to make more rides like that, focused on little key events that have happened in the galaxy. If they do ever expand the park even more, they should add rides that use this exact same format, but are focused on events from the previous trilogies. Like they could do one about the Bothans who died trying to obtain the vital information on the second Death Star.

I was there Thursday opening day, through Saturday, rode six and a half times... every time I notice some new thing (in your video I just noticed Kylo's shadow when you are in the cell). If anything each day the imperial officers got better and better in the roles they played, I overheard them saying so many cool things to guests (like " it is by the mercy of the First Order you are allowed to wander without restraints"). All of it was amazing, I agree with everything in your review... Each day I arrived at the park around 4am to make sure I got an early boarding group, each day it was totally worthwhile. This ride totally cemented my already fond feelings towards Batuu into a full blown infatuation... BTW you mentioned the Black Spire book explains what the queue line going through the old ruins is about, you can see touches of it along the walls like the pots embedded in the walls to the other side of the blaster cabinets you showed in your video. Another thing this ride brought to Batuu that I really hope they keep up is some excellent skits done around the X-Wing fighter! I wish they would do those at least a few times a week going forward...

No it's really not at all. Also the Star Wars ride is way more truly multi-level... the fact that they share trackless vehicles is where the similarity ends. You can see a ride through of Ratatouille here, look how much time they spend sitting in front of huge screens - in Rise of the Resistance your ride vehicle is in motion almost all of the time. ruclips.net/video/WtZdXqY1TKs/видео.html
@@kigiphoto638 I have been to the Paris ride a few times. The similarity is the trackless ride combined with screens and real atmosphere.
I haven't been to the Rise of Resistance ride, but those are the characteristics I refer to.
