Gary Woods II: Rose wasn't a part of her name, I think it was just to help distinguish between her and Mary I, Henry's daughter. Henry VIII had two sisters, Margaret and Mary. Mary is the grandmother of Lady Jane Grey
Omg I know it's been forever since this. But do you think you could manage an updated version? Like now we have TWQ, TWP, TSP. For Catherine's clip it would be nice to see a progression between her young self in Charlotte Hope and then her older version in Maria Doyle, also Freya, Jodie and the TSP version of Elizabeth of York, Georgie as Margaret Tudor, Amanda Hale and TWP as well as TSP's version of her Margaret Beaufort. I swear if I had any editing skills I would do it myself 🤦♀️
No, she died before he became King :) She's shown in the newer BBC/Starz TV show The White Queen though! (Although her characterization/actions are incredibly changed from real life for television purposes)
19janil She's also shown in a series called Shadow of the Tower, which is historical more on point with who Elizabeth of York was, it's from the 70s though and is dated.
Katie Mcgrath as Mary Stuart, not sure what i think about that. Mary stuart in the actually history was basically a naive idiot, which katie could play.
Mary Rose is the name of one of henry viii's favoirte ships. Lorny Tunes just used that name to differentiate Queen Mary of France (henry's sister) and Queen Mary I of England (his daughter.)
It's about time the Tudor women got their own air time! Thanks for such a fab video!
This is epic! I can't handle the awesomeness that is this trailer.
Thanks x
This is a wonderful intro. The Tudor Dynasty will obviously be the most interesting era in British History in my opinion
Anne Boleyn and her daughter Elizabeth !!! My favorite queens !
Oh my! And Tom Hiddleston there is :) I love this video. Is absolutely amazing!
He's H7 perhaps, with lady Sansa as Eliserbe of York?
+Feliz Bosque Yeah, Tom Hiddleston and Sophie Turner are my head canon for Henry and Elizabeth at the moment
Wich is the movie where Tom appear?
This is absolutely brilliant!
Anne of Cleves was my favorite character throughout the Tudor story

WOOOOWW!! Just AMAZING!
I was so hooked on this show. Top 5 best shows imo.
These women helped in shaping England through the roles they played in Henry VII's life
This was amazingly well done. I'm very impressed. Bravo.
Gary Woods II: Rose wasn't a part of her name, I think it was just to help distinguish between her and Mary I, Henry's daughter. Henry VIII had two sisters, Margaret and Mary. Mary is the grandmother of Lady Jane Grey
I know, that's why I included it. Just to distinguish the difference between the two Marys. I know the family tree well
xxLornyTunesxx
I wasn't doubting that you did! :) I was trying to help out someone else.
Shelby Butler Oh, my apologies

Where is Margaret Douglas, doughter of Margaret Tudor?
Omg I know it's been forever since this. But do you think you could manage an updated version? Like now we have TWQ, TWP, TSP.

There's also Reign for Mary Stewart 🤔
Either way, every couple months I come back to this video. Still as amazed as the first time I saw it ❤
Why the hell was Sansa Stark in this clip? She’s from GoT 🤷🏼♀️
Is it just me but the character who plays Margaret Tudor should’ve played Mary I because she look bold
Was Henry Viii mother Elizabeth of York ever showed in this tv series?
No, she died before he became King :)
She's shown in the newer BBC/Starz TV show The White Queen though! (Although her characterization/actions are incredibly changed from real life for television purposes)
19janil She's also shown in a series called Shadow of the Tower, which is historical more on point with who Elizabeth of York was, it's from the 70s though and is dated.
what the name of lady jane grey actress???
Except Kristin Scott Thomas didn't play Margaret Beaufort, but Elizabeth Howard, Anne Boleyn's mother.
I know. Just thought she'd be a great Margaret Beaufort
@@xxLornyTunesxx gotcha.
I love it!
Is Mary Stuart here from another movie or TV seires?
Yeah, I used Morgana from BBC's Merlin
xxLornyTunesxx Got it. Thanks a lot! I like the TV series the Reign, which is talking about Mary Stuart. I am wondering there is another beauty Mary:)
What are the name of serias or Films ?
Did you pick Sophie Turner because GRRM used Elizabeth of York as the inspiration for Sansa Stark?
That and the physical similarities
Can I ask who did you cast as Mary Rose Tudor?
Lucy Griffiths from BBC's Robin Hood
Who is Mary Stewart?
Mary Queen of Scots. The granddaughter of Margaret Tudor.
Katie Mcgrath as Mary Stuart, not sure what i think about that. Mary stuart in the actually history was basically a naive idiot, which katie could play.
Was MaryRose a real person? Cause I can't find ANYTHING on her.
Mary Rose is the name of one of henry viii's favoirte ships. Lorny Tunes just used that name to differentiate Queen Mary of France (henry's sister) and Queen Mary I of England (his daughter.)
It's Mary STUART :)
sailormoonserenity99 I went with the original Scottish spelling. Stuart was a result of the French not having a letter for W at that time.
Deserved
should have included Adelaide Kane as Mary Stuart...
Garima Kaimal Didn't have the clips and the show is awful
+xxLornyTunesxx Whos the Mary Stuart from the video?
Paloma Ruiz It's actually Morgana from BBC's Merlin
+xxLornyTunesxx i agree
@@palomitabolena The Scottish queen, mother of James I & VI
No ones going to talk about the fact two were both playing Katherine of Aragon one was from this show and the other from the rubbish film
Sansa lol
