Harris County 'porch pirate' has charges reduced by judge

Houston police say a 34-year-old suspected porch pirate behind at least 20 thefts in South Central Houston is free after a judge reduced his felony charged to a misdemeanor. FOX 26's Randy Wallace reports more on the story.
