    Couple of my friends at Uni formed a meditation club a year ago. I was able to join their group meditation sessions. It was kind of challenging to really calm down with a group of people, but I find it enjoyable once the meditation mindset is built up. Great presentation! Loved hearing this informative talk about meditation from my friend(great session too).彩彩厉害!
