I've worked at Domino's for many years and I definitely agree with him that you should get that thing well done. There's no three cheese cheddar blend though. It's a mix of our pizza cheese and cheddar cheese. Now, technically the pizza cheese has a tiny hint of provolone in it but it's almost 100% mozzarella. So if you want to be Technical and annoying you can call it three cheese blend. The pan pizzas automatically come with a bit of provolone so essentially what you're getting for cheeses are a little bit of provolone, a little bit of cheddar, and a good amount of mozzarella. One tweak I would make to get a little bit more of that delicious maillard reaction going on with the cheese, is do the regular amount of pizza cheese and do extra cheddar blend instead. Comparing this to a cheesesteak sandwich is apples and oranges to me as well. Just order the Philly cheese steak pizza if that's what you want lol
Um... it's Cheddar Cheese Blend. Which is why it is yellow. They have shredded provolone but this order calls for their Cheddar Cheese blend. Its an option for a topping. I probably said 3 cheese blend thinking of taco bell. But it's their cheddar cheese blend , not shedded provolone
I really like dominoes pan pizza… I like getting extra sauce (hearty marinara) and getting it well done… if I got this I’d alter it for sure… (no bacon, leave off the extra mozzarella, I might switch the garlic/parm with the hearty marinara) but at that point it’d be a different pizza… lol

I remember a few years ago Little Ceasars order went viral and it was called the TikTok LC pizza. All it was is a pizza but you had butter parm to the pizza but that’s just normal here in the metro Detroit area. I personally rather add Italian seasoning on the pizza vs the butter parm all over the pizza.

There is a local (Metro Detroit) guy who does local "mom and pop" places on Insta and he's really good (I don't think he even does "national" chains, just local small "mom and pop" type places.)
