Add is being released on 6/26 in China, so he'll probably be released sometime between a week before that to a week after that (6/19 - 7/3). Since NA usually gives a 9 day notice and a 7 day event prior to a character release and the releases are usually on Wednesdays, my best guess would be that he's releasing on 6/25.
Actually that one is from Arc Tracer and its the Armor (Gives you 9.7MP at max) but I think I figured the answer out , It's the set; He's using the Grendized Ancient Guardian Secret Set from 7-X

It seems you can encounter them at random chance in pvp. I encountered npcs for the first time yesterday while 3 vs 3 pvping. Luckily my team knew about them and managed to fend them back with long range attacks before they got close to us. We got slaughtered but we were able to beat Lowe and unlock his title. The npcs have the skills and combo abilities of classes we already have (not all classes, only the imperial and rebellious path ones from elsword to eve) except they are much more stronger and may have unique abilities. Whether you win or lose you get rewarded more than usual. They are here in NA too, so you can fight them. I don't know too much about how you can make them appear though, it just happens it seems. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Lol, I tried PvP with Mastermind at level 47... Not geared properly and without the Level 60 MP buff passive... Got a win:death ratio of around 1:6 ish (TAT)... Unless I meet a de-ranker... All the times I lose, people call me a noob... all the times I win, people either call me a noob, or a runner... Arena - the saltiest place in Elrios...

I killed an IS without even let him have a chance to do anything, not even a mana break and he sweared at me all kinds of things :O he called me noob for killing him...
true! I tried and I failed hardly man! at level 42 without a proper build, I was just playing pvp to get the pvp coin from daily mission :) In a match, I hit them double the time they hit me and yet, they only lost half of their hp while they can burst me down in 1 go :|
Tan Quang Nguyễn DiE's Maximum strike and LP's conqueror are very strong lv.40 skills which make those 2 viable early but LP has very bad defense and crap damage outside of DCM so he's roadkill unless you can get in a comco and conqueror and even weaker after overcharge and fantasy tracer nerf, DiE on the other hand is PVP overlord. Mastermind at lv 5 is no joke either because new update can easily give automatic 150+ mana with Ring of fury. so it turns out I was wrong.......Lp is weakest but still my fav

ows what keyboard he uses. i want a really good keyboard i bought a $80 keyboard(came with mouse) from walmart by Logitech and when i play elsword of any kind of game tht requires fast button pressing. It isnt the fastes responding so im pressing a button to quick it dosent go unless i do it again. so im using tht keyboard for slower pace games and other things. im having to use my laptop keyboard nd i hve to say it performs a lot better, yet the buttons are so close that i sometimes press wron keys on accedent. SO anyone knows a good keyboard for fighting games or actionie(not a word ik) games like elsword(obvi), lost saga, dragon saga games like those. thx ^^
is it me or did they make add #unfairly overpowered? but it dosen't mean i dont love him~ i like the fact that now a class can *easily* take down aisha~

MM lets his Droned work for him. Phantom Seeker is OP. Lunatic Psyker uses brawler or martial art moves. He does mostly a OP Combo with nasod armor

She dont got no rank cause she or he is doing the 0/10 pvp quest from level20 or 30 , where you can get

He have 20 % on most of his chars. But I think he play on 75/80 fps. cuz I'm playing on 75 and we're moving at same speed.

I've got Razer Ultimate BlackWidow 2013 right now and it's awesome.
Try looking into mechanical keyboards if you want the best.
