***** actually DiE is super OP in PvP.... you must've forgotten the memo, but his passives as DiE is where he truly shines. He has a passive that reduces the effect of debuffs by half, like fear suppresion, panic, stun and other debuff. He also has passives that lets him gain DP/MP and skills that also do the aforementioned. Another passive he has allows him to raise his attack speed and gives him a chance to reduces all of his skills cooldown, with max level and the passive procs he can reduce 51% of his skills CD. Saying that DiE is still weak in PvP after looking at his passives makes u look inexperienced. Also, PvP is about skills and not the equips. U can be OP in equips but if u cant hit ur opponent its just as useless. P. S. Haven't u ever thought about how the acronym of Diabolical Esper spells out "DiE".
The acronym of Diabolical Esper is DE. Oh cool, there's a DE server. Because someone is going to ask for help job changing into a German. Please. His passive that lets him gain DP/MP from skills recovers about 3.5% of the Mana/DP used, at level 56. So there are maybe like 3~4 more levels to the skill, increasing it by .5% each level. Ooh yeahhh! Soo great!! I can murder everyone with an extra 15 MP from a 300 mp skill! and to top it off, it's not even a 100% chance! You're getting jumbled up here. The 51% chance is to gain the 3.5% mp, but at level 56, it's 36% chance. At level 60, assuming you don't chose ESP, you get the 6% recovery of DP/MP skills. which is totally OP, gaining 18 mp from a 300 mp skill. E.S.P is definitely nice. Not going to deny that. The most dangerous part about DE is particle accelerator, and force nova. period. And there are only like, three major debuffs he reduces. Suppression, Stun, and Fear. let's be honest. if you were playing IP, and you used chaos, what makes you think they'd stay and fight you if they knew they were taking a 60% extra crit chance? I don't know about you, but i'd high tail my ass out of there. I am not aware of the cooldown passive though, enlighten me.

I think Diabolic Esper's difficulty set by KoG is reasonable and I will explain myself. This might receive a lot of hate, but it's my opinion. In general people respond to the difficulty for Diabolic Esper should be easy and I can understand why, but you need to ask yourself do you have a "Add" background like either if you had played LP or MM? The fighting style might be different but in general Add's base difficulty is medium, you can't really compare the base to the second job advancement. LP remains medium due to that LP use mostly Nasod armor combo and blinks to your opponent without doing much catching. MM in general have extreme long range due to some of its skill (eg. Phantom Seekers and Nasod drone skills) which makes him hard in a way if you don't use base Add combo and only use MM combo's which have no catching ability that which makes hard to use for BEGINNERS :D (If you don't agree I would love to hear your opinion as well). Finally comes down to Diabolic Esper. I had done some research and read all the different ideas and opinions about DiE or Add in general which is not a bad thing that some people's opinion. Let's jump straight to the most hot topic "Reverse Stigma" aka RS in short. This skill only cost 100 Mp or 100 Dp and with the cd 5 seconds, and all of our normal reaction will be like " **** it's so OP!!" or w/e, and that is my first reaction to skill as well no surprises here and it is specially strong in PvP which I can't deny it, since it is really strong to a point some people might stuck in another combo after they think they had just escaped one. Like reggiedbest said that KoG might nerf the skill or they might not depends on the situation. To be honest guys :D DiE only came out like 19 days ago, you can't really expect tons changes KoG is going to provide and DiE changes is not the priority right now since it is still being observed by the people. Let's put that aside. There is some weaknesses that Add possess and I would put that into consideration as well. For example, from all Hae Gwon's combo for DiE you can tell that his combo is partially limited to some degree, and its pretty repetitive from all the matches and that apply to other character as well like VC, that his combo are mostly horizontal movement and lack of vertical combo's and that is why he has the passive of Air Slicer to increase the possibilities for VC in the air. Can anyone please explain to me why Diabolic Esper needed reverse stigma or why KOG decided it was a good idea to make a move like that in the first place? I was slightly ok with adds other homing abilities but damn is there a way even a way to dodge this one besides evasion?

how did you use maximum strike and particle accelerator one after another? and I believe your mp was below 300 when you use particle accelerator, is it another DiE passive?

I suck at pvp QQ I have no control when im pressing my keyboard... I continuously press z and x without following a pattern while using skills ._. So when i DO try to combo (which is every time i try to pvp nowadays), I end up messing up. Like, when you're Add you can only press x two times or else the other person gets KD. For me, i TRY to press x only two times, but my hand doesn't listen and repeatedly presses x. I can't break the habit QQ
Yearn Acctualy, every other character can use ReS as an advantage. In the video, that Caligo's BM used Shadow Step to peirce Je's Add. As you said, An Elboy / Elgirl can use they Stoic for creating a counter-catch. Chung can use HeavyStance. Ara can use her Xxx super armor combo. Rena can trap him. Eve is the only one who acctualy can suffer about that skill.
Artemis Ephesus and dont forget there some eve players that pop TS to freeze and escape and also can use the triangle of doom to super armour out of ReS (CBS) illusion strike(long shot though) etc i dont remember the others but basically eve cant be vulnerable to that
I know this is about to sound blasphemous but I actually think out of the new 3 classes he is the most overpowered. I say that because of his armor honestly. He gains DP as he uses mana vice versa. Not only that but hes got a move that doesn't take that much Dp allowing him to teleport people to the spot. If you combine his Time Tracer PVE skills, with the Diabolic PVP skills, and his seal of time, he, if played in the right way is simply the most balanced character in the game. Not to mention he does a TON of damage, but then thats add in general.

In these videos he win only post the clips where he actually wins, no one would show you when they lose, so don't think diabolic esper will wreck everything. I've played every Add and have reached S rank with all of them, the strongest one at catching, in my opinion is definitely lunatic psyker, in terms of flexibility and fun-wise, i would say diabolic esper and mastermind is for PvE solo.

He's not the greatest in pvp either. Je Hae Gwon has a +8 weapon with grend 4/4 and accessory and 70% crit, remember?

LK is pretty cheap, especially with Mortal Blow, Windmill, and Impact Smash. But LK isn't as bad as the other classes.
