To be exact, Magic Necklace didn't "give back much more MP," but used to have a different option stat, hence Magic Necklace (Old) and Magic Necklace (New). New one is the one we all know as it is the one being sold in the Item Mall, gives 33% (or 30% I forget) more MP for whatever you hit for and take hit for. Old one gives you 1 MP per hit. No matter what attack it is. For example... Veteran Commander's DashJump XX~X. The extra continuous shots after the first shot will not give you MP. MP that you see coming back is just natural MP regen as you stayed in the air and took some time. Thus, if a Veteran Commander had a Magic Necklace (Old) and did the DashJump XX~X, despite the command combo chain itself not giving you MP back, the Necklace, however, will. It is purely just preferences but some classes just happen to benefit more from the Old Necklace.
Fantasia Phantasm CBS have a passive Enhanced El Energy Reaction . It can make CBS have more than 300 mp . With old magic neklece. It is possible to use Sweep Rolling - Over Charge(200 mp) after released HA
